I rarely leave reviews or comments, but I really have to commend this restaurant. This was my first time ever going to Jack’s, so I didn’t know what to expect. In my mind I was assuming it was like every other fast food restaurant. But the people here demonstrated such great service along with the great food, that it deserves recognition. I can’t speak for all Jack’s locations, but I can definitely confirm that the one in Albany, GA they sure know how to treat their people and provide great food. Jacks I’ll definitely be coming back for more with my family.

If I could give this restaurant and this nasty ass food they gave us a NEGATIVE ZERO review I would! ESPECIALLY the one on the east side of Albany. They have horrible, nasty ass attitudes and customer service. They don’t pay attention to your order and will have you waiting at the pull up spot for damn near 30 MINUTES PLUS for something so simple as a fry or small order with only a few cars in line. When you ask for condiments, you have to remind them for the condiments and they give you a dirty ass look as if it’s asking to much for them do there damn job. I went and got a sausage biscuit meal and once again, I had to pull and wait just to receive the most soggiest, greasiest biscuit ever! Shit so soggy, when you pick it up; the grease fills your hand and the bread sticks to the meat. I usually have these issues with the lunch/dinner. It got so bad, I genuinely stopped going there for lunch/dinner and just breakfast but now it’s just as a whole. I wouldn’t even feed this shit to a stray dog. Jacks needs to do better, yall starting to fall off and I mean BAD! Next time, I’m reporting this shit.

Very friendly management and crew! I had to wait 13 minutes for fresh wings, but it was well worth the wait! So many smiling and friendly faces!
