- DBDanielle BlaylockMar 10, 20261.0I purchased a coupon book to support my son’s school football team fundraiser, and on our coupon book is 4 coupons that is listed your location as a participating business. After purchasing the book, I went to use the coupon (even when I called to place order I specifically told them I had coupon and was not told any of this) it was when picking up food and was told that your location no longer participates and that the coupon is no longer valid. So now I have about 12 coupons that can’t be used. This is extremely frustrating because people spent their money on these books specifically because of the businesses advertised inside them. If a business decides to stop participating, that should be communicated before the fundraiser takes place. Now families who were trying to support our kids’ team are left with coupons they can’t even use specifically for this place. I was told it can’t be used at this location, per the coupon this is the only location that it can be used at. As well as other locations won’t accept because it specifically states for this location. It’s disappointing that the coupon was accepted as part of the fundraiser but is now being refused. It makes people feel like their money was wasted and puts the school and kids in a bad position when they were just trying to raise funds for their team.
