  Food is fine to good. The people that work here are what brings it down. They do as little as possible and have a resentful attitude.

  I ordered my food around 12:40 on the app, waited 20 min before I picked it up and it still wasn’t ready when I got there. There was a line for the pickup area and a line for the walk in area. After the young lady made my food she told me they didn’t have vinaigrette I’m not surprised considering how the restaurant looked after being open for only 2 hours. Then I noticed they do t have any of the Tractor drink blends that I was wanted. Needless to say I’m never come back here again. I’m from Alana and I eat chipotle at least times a week. I’m not sure if this location is mismanaged or if the lack of traffic forces management not to order more than they need. It’s sad really

  The fountain drink machine isn't working, the music is way too loud, and the speakers suck. And to top it all off, they are not processing credit cards. Cash only.

  They didn't treat me graciously; it seemed like they had an issue with my skin color. They were constantly being sarcastic and mocking, not to mention they made me wait 30 minutes while they chatted, looking at the customers and smiling.

  I stopped in today to buy an early dinner for my friend and myself, I ordered a bowl and got brown rice, steak, & black beans, when we moved onto the toppings the options were very limited. Staff informed me they were out of the spicy sauce that I asked about, there appeared to be corn, guacamole, lettuce and sour cream as the options for toppings I got sour cream on mine and I asked for queso on the side. My friend also ordered a bowl with chicken brown rice and beans, after we got our food, we went to my car to eat and immediately we were both disappointed. There was absolutely no flavor in my bowl whatsoever (it definitely needed that sauce) and just seasoning overall. Everything was extremely bland, my friends chicken was so charred that it tasted burnt and bitter and the queso was so thick that it couldn’t be poured out of the cup. I chose not to go to the staff with these issues as they were already mostly rude besides one young lady. I feel I completely wasted my money, I decided to go next door to five guys and was blown away with how good the food/service there was. I definitely won’t be spending any more of my money at chipotle.
