One of the worst locations in GA. Food quality is low, orders are often missing items, SCRAPS used for sandwiches and grilled nuggets. Staff is so-so, only the youth are polite. No receipt again today, so annoying. This is the only location who "keeps receipts" never experienced this anywhere else in the country. This location needs training!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One-Star Review — Extremely Disappointed With My Experience at Chick-fil-A Albany ⭐️ 1 STAR I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Chick-fil-A in Albany, GA today. I have a personal history with this location and with Chick-fil-A. During high school, I worked for this same company under Dustin and the owner, KJ Wari, at the Albany Square location. Because of that history, I have always had a great deal of respect for Chick-fil-A and the standard of customer service the company represents. My wife visited the Albany Chick-fil-A today while I was on the phone with her. She ordered a Cobb Salad for me with no corn, 7 Garden Herb Ranch dressings, 3 eggs, and 2 extra roasted bell pepper packets. This is not some unusual order for me—I order this same meal at least once a week. Unfortunately, when she got to the window, several things were incorrect. The 3 eggs were missing, and instead of the Garden Herb Ranch dressings that were specifically requested, she was given ranch dipping sauce. The extra roasted bell pepper packets were also part of the order. When my wife attempted to have the order corrected, instead of simply addressing the issue and taking care of the customer, she was made to feel as though they did not care. She also heard a team member tell another team member she was holding up the line. She was also told that the young lady, Jayden who took the order was new. I understand that employees can be new. I understand that mistakes happen. I have worked in the restaurant industry myself, so I know firsthand that nobody gets every order right 100% of the time. What disappointed me was the response when the mistake was brought to their attention. Customer service should not become less important simply because the restaurant is busy. My wife should not have been made to feel like an inconvenience for asking the employees to correct an order that was entered incorrectly. I am especially saddened because this is not the quality of service I remember from Chick-fil-A, even when I worked there myself. Chick-fil-A has built its reputation on hospitality, accuracy, and taking care of people. That is exactly why so many of us continue to choose Chick-fil-A over other restaurants. I am a local pastor, and our church and family have used Chick-fil-A for several different reasons over the years. We have supported this business, recommended it to others, and trusted the brand. We paid for our food just like every other customer, and we deserve the same level of care, respect, accuracy, and customer service as everyone else. I will be reaching out to Dustin and Mr. KJ Wari personally because I believe they should know what happened at a location that I have a longstanding connection with. If the situation cannot be addressed appropriately, I will also be reaching out to Chick-fil-A corporate/headquarters. At this point, my family and I are honestly debating whether we will continue going back to this location or take our business elsewhere. That is disappointing to say, because I have always believed Chick-fil-A was a company that genuinely cared about its customers. I am not posting this simply to complain. I am posting this because I believe businesses should know when the customer experience falls short of the standard they claim to represent. I sincerely hope someone in leadership takes this seriously, looks into what happened, and uses it as an opportunity to make sure other customers are treated better. One-star experience today. Very disappointing. I hope this is not the new standard for Chick-fil-A Albany.
