  The worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. Typically one of my favorite restaurants. Horrible horrible service, dine in or carry out. Food is average at best for BWW. Waste of money but mainly time. Ridiculous.

  Terrible terrible experience. This was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. We waited at a table for 15 minutes before someone took our drink order. Came back 15 mins later with the drinks and took our appetizer order. We tried the endless apps and only received two rounds in the two hours we were there. Both took 45 mins from ordering to receiving them. Totally a waste of money. We received our second round when we got the check. Our entries took an entire hour to come out and were incorrect and cold. Tables all over the restaurant were covered with trash for 30+ minutes without being cleaned. Overall horrible experience and we will never be back and will tell everyone we know to stay away. The waitress was nice but unhelpful and absent.

  We are currently at your store in Albany Ga. We have been here for 20 minutes with no acknowledgement. The sign says please wait to be seated. Finally a customer.. not staff.. a customer came over and told us they just walked in in. So now here we sit… still know acknowledgement.. The staff just looking at us and walking by. You don’t need my money obviously

  Walked in and every table was dirty waited for booth was told there were only two working and proceeded to go to the bar and talk… stood there a few more minutes another lady came up said they would get to it in a minute… saw multiple employees walking around so we left and will not be back

  Went here for dinner tonight and had the absolute WORST service ever. We got here around 7:30pm. We were brought menus and drinks. Then we were told our server would be out to take our order. Sat there for atleast 20 mins before someone came and took our order, after making eye contact with the servers. Mind you it wasn't hardly any other customers there when we came in. Everyone who came in after us got their food before us. After being there for like a 1hr and 30 mins, some of "Our" food finally came out and was completely wrong. Told the server we did not want the food and that that we were leaving. Did not apologize or offer to compensate. So after sitting there for almost 2hrs we had to go somewhere else to have dinner. This was the worst service I've ever received.
