  had a really good experience at Pizza Hut! The customer service was amazing, and everyone was friendly, respectful, and helpful. They made sure my order was taken care of and that I was satisfied. I really appreciate good customer service because it makes such a big difference. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🍕❤️

  We placed an order today which was a little large but not too expensive just a get together with a few friends. one of my friends places the order and we sat around waiting for hours we were thinking about just going up there to pick it up but my friend was like she’ll call in instead. The lady who picked up was very rude from the start to my friend and had said she called her? we looked through her phone no call was placed from this pizza hut and if it was how were we supposed to know (we don’t know the number by memory💀) but anyway all my friend had asked this manager was “did you cancel our order over 7 cents” because thats what the manager or self proclaimed manager literally told her we all heard her on speaker phone say this and she kept denying thats not why it was cancelled but thats what she said? as crazy as it sound this women literally told her she canceled it over 7 cents and then try to throw her general manager under the bus! my friend asked to speak with that manager instead and the “manager” on the phone told her she was the general manager????😭 like what….. this whole situation sounded like a joke or like we were on punk or something sounds like she didn’t want to take accountability for the store losing profit over 7 cents today which is CRAZY because she could’ve been responsible and made the situation better by saying “we’ll remake the order and have someone to deliver it we apologize about the misunderstanding” the entire thing was so confusing we went somewhere else to eat its a shame though the delivery person never got their tip due to this very crazy manager we were in such a good mood and its kinda been ruined not sure whats with all the miserable energy she had definitely going into a tiktok storytime lowkey very funny situation
