  It’s 2026. We have flying cars in 12 states, yet somehow my order was “lost” on a computer — even though it was there 30 seconds beforehand. That’s wild. Honestly, I would’ve been perfectly fine if they had just said they didn’t want to make it. That actually would’ve been better. If posting zero stars were an option, it would already be posted. This also isn’t the first time this McDonald’s has been mentioned. There have been several videos posted about the overall environment there, so I guess I can’t really be surprised. Ultimately, it falls on me for ordering from this location in the first place. Not that it matters, considering McDonald’s is a multibillion-dollar company, but I hereby recommend we boycott them as a country, unified in harmony, and replace them with Los Pollos Hermanos.

  I don’t like to complain but it is 10pm and the line hasn’t moved in 10 minutes. It’s like they are all giving each other handys in the bathroom or something.

  Waited in line for 30 minutes. Was very perturbed. Found the sweetest girl doing the best they can completely understaffed doing the very best job they can. I wish them well. Honesty goes very far, full 5 stars.

  Can’t provide any stars for this visits I’ve never had any complaints with this location. However, tonight will probably be our last visit to this particular store. Ordered via mobile app. Waited curbside for 10 minutes and finally went inside. Food was ready. I was told they were preparing my frappe. I explained to the cashier that I didn’t have time to wait as I had an appointment 30 minutes away. I asked to have the frappe removed. She went back to get the manager, Kyle. Kyle refused to come out of the office to deduct the frappe. Cashier offered a milkshake. Again, I didn’t have time. Cashier offered free soda or tea. Neither of those cost as much as the frappe. Manager never came out and I was till charged for a frappe that I never got because I didn’t have time to wait and they still weren’t making the frappe. Wanted to update and shout some praise. I went back by this location after my appointment to try to speak to the manager again. Kyle, was not there but a new manager, Kathy was. The cashier, Linda, along with the entire team was still there. Linda took time to explain what had happened. Kathy asked if I wanted a refund or if I still wanted the Frappe. I told her I really just wanted the Frappe. With a smile on her face, she made the Frappe. Not only is she a manager, she is a true leader. She was one that the team seemed comfortable around and she was on the floor helping the team instead of hiding in the office. Faith has been restored in this location Thank you Kathy, Linda and the rest of the team that was on at my return visit. You guys are the greatest example of customer service.
