  Was very shocked at the Adairsville store. I always shop here, but I was in Rome and decided to stop at the Rome location. I bought a pack of chicken thighs and open it when I got home and they had a horrible smell. So I didn't want to go all the way back to Rome so I went to my Adairsville store, and the Manager would not refund me. So I just trashed them it was not worth going back to Rome. This is the 2nd time I've bought meat (once in Adairsville and once in Rome)and they were spoiled. Guess I'm gonna have to go shopping somewhere else. Very disappointed ☹️

  The produce manager went above and beyond yesterday. I ordered a fruit basket on instacart and they were out when the order was being picked up. Instead of canceling it, they took the time to make one fresh! It really made my Dad’s day for Father’s Day.

  I stopped by to get some avocados, big mistake. I should have left after seeing the stack of bagged avocados with flies around them. Every bag was rotten. So I went to the stack of single avocados only to discover they had white mold all over them and rotten also. Mind you these were out on display for everyone to buy. I asked if there were any in the back and the young man brought out some big avocados, looked good, so I thought. Not only did I pay over $9 for them, I get home and every one of them were also brown and no good inside. Needless to say, I will not be stopping there again. Honestly none of the produce looked all that great.

  I placed a Pickup Order. Just (5) 12 pack sodas. They charged me a Pickup Fee of $1.99 and a Service Fee Tax. I didn't know Grocery Stores charged a Pickup Fee and a Service Fee Tax. To come and pick up your Groceries. Next time, if I have to get something from this store. I will come in to get it. Drinks cost too much to pay extra!
