  Im not one to write reviews but this was a crazy situation, this location was staff by the sweetest elderly lady who explained that today, may 10 2026, she was the only worker the whole day she was told she could close earlier than closing hour 11pm, but some how they kept accepting online order and she had a small crowd of people waiting to pick up when she called her manager and she was told she could make the orders but would have basically re open the store and would take about and hour to make these orders and she was still receiving online orders on top of what she had to make. I don't blame her but Management needs to do better.

  Whoever the man who worked the shift at 8:45pm on Friday, May 8, 2026 deserves a huge raise and a promotion because he values the brand, the store location, his customers, and his job as a pizza artisan. There was an issue, and he was overly apologetic about it. He resolved the issue and more than atoned for it. I was also impressed with the appearance, temperature, and presentation of my order. That’s not to say I’ve had worse at this location, but this is the best experience I’ve had out of any location. . . . Thanks to him. This location has always been top notch, but the man took it to another level. I think his name is William Gilmer.

  Ordered my pizza online paid ahead waited at the drive through window for ten minutes just to find out no one was inside.. after I got a notification it was ready! So now they’ve taken my money and no food to show for it! Such a disappointment! I cant even get ahold of someone to get my money back

  BUYER BEWARE! 📢 I ordered a super supreme pizza today, as I like onions. I asked the customer service person if this store had onions today, as they usually do not. He assured me they had onions so I placed my order. When my pizza arrived, it had NO onions and very skimpy ingredients, (3 pieces of green pepper, 3 pieces of ham) 🙄 I called the store to inform them of this, a girl answered and said she was the manager and this store will not be getting anymore shipments of onions, I replied that they should take all pizzas off the menu that are supposed to come with onions and let their customers know before placing their order, she then hung up on me 😖 I called back again and a man answered, I repeated myself and requested a refund, all he said was okay, bye. Now I have to find something else to eat for lunch 🤷‍♀️ Someone needs to close this store down, as it has been in the toilet for a long time. GET IT TOGETHER PIZZA HUT! YOU HAVE LOST THIS CUSTOMER! 🤦‍♀️
