  My name is love I was a customer here at Pizza Hut the gm crystal took very good care of me crystal is very nice very sweet love the customer service

  Female employee (name was Crystal) was too busy yapping and not taking orders. She was yelling and cussing throughout the entire restaurant behaving very strangely. May have been intoxicated.

  It sincerely pains me to write a low review for any Pizza Hut because to me they were once the best and only real pizza place to go. Unfortunately during this trip we couldn't get our food until after one hour and the bread sticks were like brick. I noticed the lighting has been changed from years back (I was a fan of the old school atmosphere). Still though, if Pizza Hut would be on their A game like days of old....there still would be no better place.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Placed a delivery order and waited over an hour with still no delivery. Called customer service and when getting in touch with the store was immediately hung up on. Called again and was told it was 5-10 minutes away. After 2 full hours had passed I called again to which I was told that the customer service couldn’t even get ahold of the store and was given a refund. Trash service.

  Service was horrible as hell. I stood at the front counter 10min waiting for someone come up front while they stood in the back engaging in conversation!!!! Whenever a customer walks through the door that customer is top priority not having a conversation in the back making them wait. Unacceptable & upper management needs train night shift better.
