  Popped in for a pizza meal and really enjoyed it. The pizza was served quickly and tasted great in a relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend.

  Air conditioner wasn't working. Staff was indifferent and disengaged. Asked for table seating. We were told to pick up menus from a stack and seat ourselves. After fifteen minutes no one came to take our order. No prices on menu, have to scan a QR code and the menu that comes up doesn't match the in store menu. We got up to leave and no one spoke a word to us.

  This is going to take a minute to detail my full disappointment with this place. On 7/25, I ordered the 3 topping large pizza for $10 deal with sweet marinara sauce, classic pepperoni, crispy pepperoni and extra cheese. We picked up our order and when we got home and opened the box, they gave us a half cheese half pepperoni with classic marinara. I called and had to leave a message for the manager to give me a call back. She called me back, apologized and told me that the only way I could get a refund is that the district and regional manager would have to approve. I have never heard of this when you all messed up someone's order. So anyways, she gave me a $15 credit on my account that was supposed to replace my order taxes included. Well I went to place the new order on 8/3 in the app like I was told and the discount was not there. I called the store and the manager said that she would have to take the order over the phone to use the credit. Well, I reordered the exact same thing and set the pickup time to 9:30pm. We arrived at the store at 9:32pm to grab our food and we're told that we had to pay $4.65, because of taxes. When I took a look at the receipt, I could clearly see that they did not apply the deal that we were told would happen to replace the mess up and the totals were completely different as you will see with the photos I will be attaching. We get home and open the box, the pizza looked like a child cut it as the sizes were a complete mess and then it looked like it had been sitting in the box for well over an hour and was not hot. Of course, once again, they did not put the sweet marinara sauce and this pizza was absolutely terrible. I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION! I never leave bad reviews but felt like this could not be overlooked! You all as owners and management need to do better! When you review the photos, so you will see the dates and the price differences from my original order and the replacement order.
