  Every single time I go to this McDonald's and its during the night shift the African-American lady is always very rude, I went there and ordered 2 mcchickens, a vanilla shake, a LARGE water, and a big Mac, one of the mcchickens was very dry and I bit down onto something very hard (almost cracked my tooth) I didnt bother to eat the other one from how disgusted I was from it, my vanilla shake was just pure ice-cream I asked for a new one and once again it was pure ice-cream, they ended up giving me a small water when I specifically asked for a large, the big mac was also very dry and the buns were hard. Every single time the African-American lady works there she is always very rude and disrespectful and never does her job right she will always give you attitude and never listen to anything you have to say, she constantly cuts you off when you are trying to order something and talks over you, this was absolutely ridiculous considering the fact that I paid $20-$25 for my meal for it to be absolutely disgusting. One thing I can say though is the younger mexican lady is very kind, and the food is always very fresh she is super sweet and actually does her job without any complaints, never once have I had an issue at this specific McDonald's whenever she is working there, she definitely needs a raise.

  this is the second time that I have driven 15 minutes to this location, ordering a medium frappe and a french fry through the mobile app only to arrive and have them tell me they have no frappe. I have worked fast food before, I know that it takes 15 seconds to mark an unavailable item out of the system so that people don’t waste their time and money.Not only that, but it’s a 24 hour location. I went at around 2 AM, the prime time for midnight munchies for them. Why don’t they have their frappe machine up? At this point it makes it difficult to feel bad that they make minimum wage, because they do nothing to earn it.

  I went today with my friend and we ordered two milks for our crumbl cookies and let me tell you we had the BEST service ever!! Just something simple like milk and cookies sparked an amazing conversation and experience at this mcdonald’s. He looked like a hispanic guy and he was at the second window , please let us know who this is and tell him we thank him!

  Long slow lines at drive thru, sometimes no staff posted at either window. I waited for 15 mins today at a busy time and got cold stale french fries which is very common at this location. And a very flat undrinkable Coke. I wasted my time and money. I would have gone back for a refund but I spent too long in their line to begin with! Overpriced and not even passable product at this location anymore. I'm tired of it. Not returning!!
