In the early years you could go through the drive through or go inside and any one person could make the same coffee across the board and be served with whatever hot item you wanted. Now over the past few years the crew has changed a few times and the quality has gone downhill. The coffee is never made the same no matter who makes it, 50/50 chance the donut you order is stale, and the hot sandwiches you order are just above room temperature if they make it correctly which is also a 50/50. Place used to be packed in the mornings, I’m sure the cost of goods has a part to play with that but I’m also sure that I’m not the only person that has noticed. Maybe the practices that this location started with in the beginning need to be revisited. Then maybe with the increased quality the customer base will return.
