I call the store the next day and I get a very rude manager, he says “Why didn’t you call last night” we could have remade it. I told him it was late and I wasn’t calling them. He said well we were here till 12. I said ok? I work as a nurse and had to get some sleep. My shit should’ve been correct the first time. This is why your drivers don’t get decent tips because they do crap like this. I was shocked by the way he was speaking to me & I let him know that you weren’t gonna speak to me in that tone. I will NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!! Count your days Dominos!

Im really understanding of mistakes being that ive worked at restaurants, but ive had too many issues at this store. The first time that I ordered extra sauce on my pizza, it came delivered as pizza soup. There was so much sauce the cheese couldn't even stick to the pizza. They remade it, but I did then have to go pick it up so I wouldn't have to wait an eternity for a remake, when I already paid for delivery. The last time I ordered for delivery, the food took almost 2 hours to be delivered. The food was not hot, and the cheese was already congealed. I called the store that night and they wouldn't credit the account for anything because a manager wasnt in. How is there not a manager that can provide help on a weekend?! Ordered tonight for the final time and the pizzas were cut in a ridiculous way, tiny and huge slices. Sauce pooling only around the edges, and toppings thrown like they were in a hurry. Ive worked for pizza hut cooking, and its not hard or time consuming to make a pizza that looks nice. Its rushing and being too lazy to care about what youre providing to customers. People are paying for this food, as you are dishing out food not worth paying for. I ended up ordering carry out this last time, because I didnt want to wait 2 hours for cold food, and we didnt even get a hello upon walking in. Im aware working at a pizza place may not feel like a luxury job, but none of these employees would enjoy being served the food they are willing to give to customers. This location is staffed with a bunch of kids. Take your money elsewhere.
