I ordered a burrito with beef barbacoa and chips n queso. I live less than 10 minutes away from this location so I thought I’d get home and enjoy a warm burrito. The rice was pretty warm, but the barbacoa was cold and tasted very gamey. I couldn’t get past just a few bites before throwing it out. The chips were stale which I’m confused about bc they looked as if they were just taken out of the oil. The queso had barely any flavor and was very grainy. For this $20 meal I was expecting something decent but I had to throw most of it away.

I can get over that what bothers me is how every time I go there my food is messily assembled, and usually just cold and not fresh tasting, so both the customer service and product is lacking in quality.
