  They need to clean the place. Flies everywhere.. dirty. Update- then take a look below at their canned response. You should contact me not me go through some corporate hoops. Go visit the store yourself and teach those kids how to clean a restaurant.

  I had a great experience at Chipotle today! The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared exactly how I wanted it. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I especially want to recognize the manager for doing an outstanding job. They were professional, attentive, and made sure everything was running smoothly. It’s clear they care about both their team and their customers, and that kind of leadership really shows. The excellent service made my visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!

  The lady at the counter was so polite and our bowls were really good. They weren’t stingy with the portions at all. I was hesitant to go cause their reviews aren’t good but I also ordered from this location on uber eats the other night near closing time and it was good!

  Was excited when Chipotle came to town but this location has some mega work to do. Have ordered online multiple times and they have never had my order ready when I get there. In fact, the spot for pick-up orders is instead always being used for misc storage. Decided to order at the counter today and the girl making my bowl barely acknowledged me and was completely non verbal. The energy in the place was like someone died. Don’t think I’ll be coming back. Go to Taco T down the street - great food; great service!

  We have been to this location about 5 times and each time they were out of something. Whether it be rice, mild salsa, and sometimes chicken! Now I can understand that for a busy chipotle this can be a common occurrence, but this location is never busy. The quality of food itself is also a major problem at this location. There have been times that I have went and the fajita veggies were shriveled up and left to sit all day in a pan, as well as times where my bowl looked like genuine slop. Not only this, but I also witnessed an employee go from being in his phone to handling food without washing his hands, which is a food safety issue.And the last thing is that portions at this location are significantly smaller than those of locations in the surrounding area. I am overall disappointed with this location.
