Did not want the frosted as my son won't drink it and asked for a regular kids lemonade and a refund for the $3.14 upcharge for the frosted. Was told that I would have to run my card again for the kids lemonade. How do YOU mess up and then try to charge me for that mess up? I ended up not taking the refund because this was holding up the line and embarrassing. I just don't understand how you can mess up an order, overcharge by that much, not apologize, and then say you would have to charge for something that costs pennies in overhead. Terrible, awful customer service. Icing on the cake was that they didn't include a toy AND my son's side order for his kids meal was missing when we got home. Greedy.

- RDRashon DixonApr 20, 20265.0I’m not a big fan of chick-fil-a because they’re always packed and this one was definitely packed as well but so worth it, coming to this store wasn’t the absolute best service but considering that the store has only been open for a very short amount of time the service was perfect in that sense, it definitely needs more development and with time they will get it, coming here was so great that I had to bless them by spending 120 dollars on food, I feel like this place doesn’t get enough grace because people are always upset, people are always so hangry, this place made me change my mind about cfa because it’s one of the best ones I’ve been to because a lot of them are wayyyyyy more busy and I’ll definitely come here more often
