    Edit: ironically, I see this is a long standing issue. And I see that the manager is sweating bc costs are up. Manager is also visibly sucking. I know your owner operators make bookooz of money. Find someone who knows how to lead and manage. You guys seem to have dropped the ball with this guy. Ive seen him. Looks like an introvert . I see no responses to these reviews. We will go to the godless culvers if we have to lol get right! Waited so long its clear there was communication and organizational gaps. After waiting a long time and watching young people run around trying to clear the line, I got home and my order was incomplete. It made it into the receipt just not the bag. Had to say something or else the ice cream would've been forgotten too. Dont bother rushing around to get things done 5% faster when you're only compromising on efficiency. Your crew is learning poor muscle memory. It hasn't gotten any faster since opening and the accuracy is dipping. Its been surprising how sloppy the launch of this location has been bc ive had the backstage chic fil a tour and excellence is truly a part of the organization. Needless to say I was rather upset to be missing a sandwich.

    As a local to this location I have to say it's been a bit disappointing. Came in today around 4pm and the drive through is backed up. This has been a regular thing. My girls and I went into the restaurant. Floors are disgusting as I'm walking around waiting for my order. Multiple people inside waiting on their food getting frustrated. I've come to expect better from Chick-fil-A. As excited as I was for this location I hope they can get it right.

    CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE SOMETHING WILL BE MISSING. Went through the drive thru ordered 4 chicken sandwich meals no special requests just straight forward. Had to pull forward to the zone to wait- they weren't busy. Got down the road to realize we were missing 1 sandwich. Drive back, went inside and spoke with the young lady that brought our meal out originally. She was very helpful asked me what was missing and asked if we had the fries too or not. I said I can go check but wasn't sure she told me don't worry about it I'll just add one for you. After she walked back and spoke with the manager the manage said no he needs to go check we aren't replacing items that weren't missed. Now I didn't mind even checking even though I had to come back 10 minutes back to fix what they messed up but the poor customer service from the managers end of things bothers me ESPECIALLY seeing that this is a huge problem for this location. I will gladly update this review when the owner of this location responds.

    Honestly very irritating to get all the way to work to realize half of my stuff was missing. Yall started my order at 716am but I didnt even pick it up until about 10 minutes later. I dont understand how you guys can mess up THAT bad. So now I dont have half my stuff for breakfast. I used to think this location was great but they are starting to slack alot. The staff maybe very nice and i was excited when this location opened but there have been a couple times ive either been missing stuff or something in the order was wrong even after waiting a few minutes for it to come out.

    I am highly disappointed to leave a review in this way! After 10 or more visits I have to! My family was really excited about this location but hunny I have no problem driving for better food! I have ordered here multiple times and my chicken continues to not be cooked completely! My teenage daughter had to throw her food away multiple times! I have went and asked for food to be remade but held down a little longer! They had the audacity to say they don’t do that here! Yet you continue to give out food under cooked and rubbery! Im indeed not over hyping it! I have came on multiple visits so my experience is validated okay! And it has been the same thing! I have never had the problem at the one on Barrett parkway…. I will take my service there! I feed my toddlers and my teenage daughter and sometimes myself and I refuse to risk us getting sick for under cooked rubbery chicken! It’s not that serious pulling up chicken and trying to get people out and the quality is bad! The managers are not Chick fil a standard what so ever! I have seen them treat the employees rudely! They ask the manager a question and they ignore them! Or hurry and give an answer that wasn’t pleasant! You all need to take this feedback and get it together! Or such a new location will have a lasting horrible reputation. The two is only because I have encountered a few nice order takers/cashiers… otherwise it would be a 1 star
