  Initially was going to have it delivered but DoorDash priced 3 six piece combos at $70+ so I called in my order. ($30 difference) By the time I arrived my order was ready. I was happy about that, I made it home and realized I received all flats on one of my orders when I paid extra for all drums. That was whatever, I think most people order all flats and maybe they read it wrong. Today I woke up and my stomach was in knots. I’m in so much pain and frequented the bathroom so many times this morning that I’ve had to cancel my client today. I’m not sure what steps were missed preparing the food but I pray this is not food poisoning.

  Your order is suppose to be ready at a certain time. Im still waiting 15 minutes later. Most unorganized restaurant ever. I'll go elsewhere

  Leaving a 1 star because I have to. Door-dashed food from here and they forgot to put 2 out of the 4 meals I ordered in the bag. When I called, I was on hold for 6 minutes before they could talk to me. My husband had to go get it and now my food is cold. My husband had to wait for a while before receiving our food at the place. It was a bunch of kids hanging out in the back and messing around. Will never order from them again.

  Worst wings I ever had. We didn't even get our full order. When we called them the girl who answered was so poorly trained she could barley string 2 world together. She put us on hold and never came back to the phone. Very bad!!!! Go to Hangry Joe's Food is 10xs better and the service is 100xs better.

  When I walked into the restaurant, no one acknowledged me but they saw me come in. I waited patiently at the counter; no one even said, "I’ll be right with you, ma’am." Two seconds later a DoorDash came in, and he was acknowledged with a welcome to Wingstop. I continued to stand there at the register. Still with no acknowledgment, I decided to take my business elsewhere. When I walked out, I unknowingly walked right past the manager who was walking in. I got into my car and decided to call the manager of the store. “Sue answered the phone and said the manager was busy. SHE LIED I decided to walk back into the store I was still in the parking lot. I explained my issue to the manager, who was very kind and I appreciate that, but this whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. treat everyone with the same respect. My first experience at that Wingstop was great unfortunately this is my second time and it was horrible. I went to Publix and now I’m very happy with my buffalo chicken wrap where shopping was a pleasure! Unfortunately, I will not be back to that Wing Stop location. Food is too expensive to be treated poorly.
