  ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) Very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location. I placed my order through the app and left a very clear note: NO lettuce and NO tomatoes. When I got to the drive-thru, I even asked the employee to confirm my order. They replied, “Yes, no lettuce and no tomatoes.” My wife is allergic to both lettuce and tomatoes, so this is very important for us. On top of that, with the new virus going around, I was also trying to avoid any unnecessary contact or issues with the food. Unfortunately, when I opened the wrap, it still had lettuce and tomatoes. If the staff can’t read the order notes in the app or properly ensure the order is correct when asked, that’s a serious problem—especially for customers with allergies or dietary restrictions. Taking a few extra seconds to carefully check the order would prevent situations like this, avoid wasted food, and ensure customer safety. I hope management addresses this with the team because this level of carelessness is unacceptable.

  I get for a fast food chain restaurant not to have super high expectations. I have been to this Taco Bell before too, but never have I waited 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru line and I and still had to drove off because I could not afford to wait in their line any longer

  This particular Taco Bell just can't get the food right when you do a substitution. Paid extra for slow roasted chicken on two items instead of beef and when we got home and opened them up beef, both of them! Tried to call the restaurant and they just kept answering and hanging up so not great customer service either.
