  Lady working window tonight is disrespectful as hell. 5/19/2026 at 10:27 working under Roger W. Obviously NOT Roger by any means. I do not appreciate her flirting with my man right in front of me. I respectfully told her i don't appreciate you speaking to my man like that and she kept telling me i should not worry about her flirting with my man. First of all thats poor customer service to sit there and flirt with your customer who's girl is RIGHT THERE. Ill correct every time. I also did not receive all of my order and what i did recieve was not correct, had she not been worried about flirting and actually listening to the customer speak it would of been correct.

  They have a great crew working here over night. Food has been correct everytime and promptly served. Great job from top to bottom.

  This has got to be the most disappointing Taco Bell I've ever had the misfortune to visit They refused to take my order telling me to use the kiosk. They tables were dirty, the counter was filthy and the floor at the prep table was covered with food! The staff, other than the one guy making the food were all hanging out back by the office. PATHETIC! In fact, the same young man that made my food, brought it out to me. Sadly I paid for extra cheese and didn't get. No way I was sending it back.

  Went through the drive-through for my mobile order lady told me my order didn’t exist was very rude, So I went inside and my order was indeed there and had to wait over 10 minutes to even get helped At the counter

  The girl working night shift drive thru tonight had poor customer service honestly made me not wanna go through that drive thru ever again, she was rushing me through my order didn’t tell me my total, I forgot to get my soda bc she rushed me snapped her teeth when I asked to add it on and my steak quesadilla cheese was not melted at all just pure shredded cheese not a bit melted. 0/10
