  What happened to Pappa John's, I am on a fixed income and unable to eat out often. I haven't had Pappa John's in over a year and I am so disappointed. Taste nothing like the Pappa John's I loved, what ever they changed isn't working. Ate 1 piece and threw the rest away, disgusting! You could offer me free pizza for life and I will never come back. You guys need to go back to your old recipes if you want to survive, so disappointed

  I don’t usually go out of my way to leave reviews for chain pizza spots, but Papa Johns really earned this one. From the moment I opened the box, you could tell this wasn’t rushed or thrown together. The pizza was cooked all the way through — not just the edges, but the center too. That alone already puts it ahead of a lot of places. No soggy middle, no undercooked dough, just a clean, even bake. What really stood out though was the flavor. It wasn’t overloaded with salt like Hungry Howie's Pizza can sometimes be, and it didn’t have that generic, predictable taste you get from Domino's Pizza. This had actual character. The sauce, cheese, and crust all worked together instead of competing. It had that balanced, slightly rich, almost Italian-style taste that feels closer to what you picture in your head when you think of a perfect slice. The crust had the right texture too — not too hard, not too soft. You get a little bit of crisp on the outside with a solid, satisfying bite inside. Nothing felt cheap or overprocessed. And the customer service matched the food. Everything was smooth from ordering to pickup. The staff was on point, respectful, and efficient. No confusion, no long waits, just a well-run location doing what it’s supposed to do. It’s easy to overlook places like this because they’re everywhere, but this specific location is doing it right. If you’re in Zephyrhills and you want pizza that actually delivers on taste, consistency, and service, this is one of those spots that deserves recognition. Definitely coming back.

  10:48pm have an order for a customer from uber, i go to the door and ring the bell, both guys inside, one with their hair tied and one with a red hat are screaming in there like maniacs, saying “nooooooo!!!!” Im guessing because they had to make an order and they wanna be lazy , and did not open the door so i went back to the car to call them and immediately they put me on hold, since i at least got their attention cause i walked back to the door they finally opened, but yeah these 2 are terrible , sucks when you are just trying to work an lazy people like them just make it harder, 0 normal people in zephyrhills honestly
