- SNsavannah newsomeMay 11, 20262.0we placed an order for pickup for the drive thru. when we get there i can clearly see my croissant twists are missing. when i say something the guy at the window says “are you sure?” i said yes im sure and handed him the bag. THEN we get home just to find out the entire order in incorrect. yes, i should’ve checked but i saw the containers and just trusted they were right. nope! missing two mac n cheeses, they gave me 3 cups of soup and i ordered a bowl. the sandwich was absolutely caked with mayo. it’s almost like they just didn’t even care to check. THEN i have my boyfriend take it back and he speaks with the manager who then cuts him off when trying to explain what is exactly wrong with the order… she asks if the sandwich is correct and he politely asked her to just remake everything (due to it being cold after driving back and forth). unfortunately this experience was super aggravating as it seems like the manager had a terrible attitude. i hope this helps anyone who is in a similar situation. check your bag completely!!!

Associate before her told me 2 slices are usually on the sandwich but after telling Christina I only had one piece on two different occasions she nonchalantly said “yep that’s about right “ . She did offer for me to bring the sandwich back but I told her I’m hungry now as I’m 7 months pregnant. She had horrible customer service skills as a manager
