    One star, because you cant leave 0 stars. This is a busy location yet the worst location in the Zephyrhills, Wesley chapel, and Dade City area. The management is obviously garbage and should be fired and better ones need to be found. There's no reason a drive through should take 30 minutes on average, Literally every time you visit the staff has ne clue what's going on and management is MIA. It took almost an hour on Mother's day of all day's, I just wanted to get my wife a couple donuts and a coffee but ended up being stuck in the drive thru for 45 minutes. I could've drove to Wesley chapel and back in less time. P.s. I was able to write this in the drive thru.

    Service is always very slow! Took me 40 minutes to get through the drive through today. 15 minutes was at the speaker box waiting for someone to take my order. The lady who took my order was very rude. My frozen coffee was melted. Workers inside using foul language.

    I recently had a disappointing experience at a Dunkin’ location that I feel is worth sharing. During my visit, the level of customer service did not meet basic expectations. There was a lack of attentiveness from staff, name AFREDO my order was handled incorrectly, and the overall interaction felt rushed andunprofessional. While I understand that busy environments can be challenging, maintaining courtesy and accuracy should still be a priority. I’ve always appreciated Dunkin’ for its convenience and consistency, which is why this experience stood out. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and used to improve service quality moving forward. Thank you.

    Nothing but trash the way you all let your employees speak to customers. Went through the drive through to get a dunkalatte which I get often. I know how they taste. I get to driving taste my coffee and it is not what I ordered. I go back in the store and find out they’re out of the coffee milk they put in the drink. Instead of telling me they just made milk with a shot of espresso, I guess thinking I won’t notice. I turn around and go back inside and tell them and this is when I find out instead of letting me know they just made any drink knowing I would drive off in the drive through. Upon being inside I’m standing there and the girl offered to make me something else so I was fine with that and was satisfied and was gonna just let it go because they were fixing it. Well then you have Ms. whoever she thinks she is in the back standing there with some lady just dead staring me in the eyes and so I’m standing there staring back at them trying to figure out if they were making comments or just talking and staring at me. Is that suppose to be an intimidation tactic ? It doesn’t work. Luckily I am a grown women and don’t engage with little girls who want to act like trash. I didn’t say a word I grabbed my coffee and on my way out this girl starts screaming yeah what I can stare down to and blah blah for absolutely no reason. This girl and me had absolutely no contact and didn’t even speak she just is insecure apparently. My situation had nothing to do with her and apparently she felt triggered enough because my coffee was wrong to start fights with customers. Upon reading the reviews this is a normal thing. Apparently the supervisor at this location allows this behavior. One day you will mess with the wrong customer and it’s not going to be good for you. It’s free to be kind and provide good customer service. Do not come to this location. Luckily I’m not a little girl anymore so I don’t crash out psychotic like some. This store needs a revamp with employees who will provide good customer service. Go get that employee some help if she is intimidated by people’s presence. I was not rude whatsoever and I literally got my coffee and left. There was one girl up front who was very apologetic and fixed it right away. She should’ve been the only one in the conversation.
