Her name was Brooklyn if I remember correctly, she made my bowl perfect and she took her time with me (I was having trouble on what to get). Very sweet girl! We need more people like her around here!

I know there are a ton of negative reviews but I’ve had a great experience the last 3 times that we have picked up food in the last few weeks.

A chicken burrito became a steak, and a steak quesadilla somehow became a kids meal. They did try to correct the burrito by adding a cup of chicken without charge. But the kids meal? And it didn't count towards the BOGO promotion while wearing a soccer shirt. The food wasn't even for myself, so I had to try and explain how the order got so messed up to my wife and stepson. It's been a while since I'd been to the Zephyrhills restaurant, and it'll probably be a while again.

The person serving the food was a tall fair skinned male with black hair and a small goatee. He was very irritable in general, but served my chicken and I asked if I could have double meat with the other option of chicken as my second meat. He was visibly irritated by having to make another scoop and only put a third of a spoon of chicken on the bowl. Im not really the type to ask, but since I had paid extra I wanted to have the double meat so I asked if he could add a little more chicken on. He actually sighed out loud and rolled his eyes, putting a little more chicken on, before literally throwing the spoon back in its container. Like dude if you dont want to work, then quit your job. Dont come to work hating the world. Everything else was fine, although one of the cooks turned on his own personal speaker and was playing rap music on full volume Over top of the dining room music that was already playing. Overall Chipotle needs to higher some people that actually care about their jobs.
