  It seems like every damn time we go they mess something up, they make a sandwich wrong, forget a side of fries, or this time they forgot to include my tenders. Forgetting a side is one thing but an entree?!

  I came in for what used to be good food. When I got to the counter there was a guy with a chefs hat on (I’m assuming he’s the manager). He said it would be a minute, he was counting a drawer. I get it… Then he yelled for another person to come up and wait in me. That’s fine whatever. The young man was very nice and polite. He took my order. When the order was done the guy with the chefs hat on called out that it was ready and walked away without asking me if I needed anything else. I got my drink and noticed there were no napkins so I went back to the counter where the young who waited on me was waiting in someone else. The guy in the chefs hat came to the front counter and just stood there on his cell phone ignoring me. I asked him 3 times for napkins and he just ignored me..again I assume he’s the manager. I even waved at him and he just stood there looking past me like I want there. I won’t return here. I’ll have my meals else where. The young man who waited on me needs to find a better place to work. I’m sure him saying he’s sorry for someone else’s rudeness isn’t easy and it not his fault his management is very rude. Also the fries were Luke warm (not hot) and the roast beef was tough. I didn’t ask for another because it would most likely be the same.

  Fat food was in vain, without the need to maintain pre-made orders. I ordered two Steak cheese sandwiches, the worst sandwiches in my life, wet bread demanded fat.

  A aged Arbys but it never disapoints. Went today and was pleased that the food was prepared well and tasted great. Some older francise business seem to loose their original greatness. Maybe because the owner looses the passion and is just there for a check. This Arbys seems to have a great owner who keeps things good as they should. Never think twice about this location in Zephryhills Florida. Go get something to eat.

  I haven't tried the food yet but I'm giving 5 starts for everything since the service was so good. Not sure if it was the same girl in the speaker then at the actual window but both were so friendly and helpful. I don't go to Arby's often but they helped me through the order and paying port of it. A worker who just cares isn't as common as it used to be. I'm in the hospitality business so kudos to whoever that was.
