  Literally stuck in the drive through right now going on 28 minutes. This is THE slowest Taco Bell I have ever been too. Would avoid at all costs.

  I went through the drive thru I always have issues with the ai ordering because we substitute things on most orders. Today I tried ordering and it wasn’t working properly it wouldn’t change diablo ranch to avocado ranch with nugget meal and had added an extra nugget meal so someone picked up and corrected and fixed the order the ai had done. She also took the rest of the order and I verified it was correct on the screen. I went up and paid and the woman who corrected it noticed it wasn’t right when getting the drinks together. The got my receipt and it was the order the ai had put in, not the corrected order. All good they refunded the extra meal and after the manager I assume since she had to do the refund left I asked if the rest of the order was correct. I was told it should be and just check it when I get it. Well I got my drinks for both meals and asked to make sure both meals were there since I never saw anything that said I had paid for both. She said the box wasn’t in there and the manager came and told me if I wanted my correct order I would need to go back through the drive thru and order it again. I was annoyed since why couldn’t you fix it since it wasn’t my fault but I went back around to put in the order again and was immediately told the drive thru is down and if I wanted to order I would need to go inside. The parking lot was full and I was done with it at that point so I left. When I checked the order I did get it wasn’t correct even though I had asked at the window to make sure the ranch substitutions were done so all in all it was a frustrating experience and I ended up just leaving since I was tired of dealing with a manager who had an attitude from the start.

  Definitely my favorite taco bell location, the awesome staff and the impressive amount of ingredients in the food makes it a 5 star review

  What can you say, it is Taco Bell. Not something to rave about, just convenient and on my way back to work and was not in the mood for hamburger or chicken. But don't be in a hurry, when I stepped in and waited it was like walking into a ghost town.... empty except for the two way back in the office talking and laughing!!! Guess that's why these places have kiosks to order so they aren't bothered with service.
