  I would give a 0 if possible. Arrived at 8 AM for breakfast and nobody would answer at the drive-through or speaker box. There were people inside as well. Needed food for event, so lost out on a big sale.

  The manager lady with the brunette hair rubbed my drink in her armpits before handing it to me. I tried confronting her but she slammed the window on me after throwing my food bag in my face. The drink was just carbonated water, the tots were old and cold, the chicken strips were hard as a rock, and the corndog was cold and rubbery. I tried getting my money back but she said they can’t do refunds after 9 (it was 9:47 on a Saturday and only two cars were in front of me). I was polite the entire time and asked for some sauces instead and she said that she would have to charge after the first sauce. Couldn’t get my money back. Bag was ripped. Zero customer service. I would avoid this location.

  The iced coffee tastes like water and coffee flavored syrup in the worst way imaginable. I swapped for an iced tea and the tea was thick like snot. The breakfast burritos are half the size they used to be and made with flavorless powdered eggs, poverty spec sausage and soggy tatot tots. The staff was nice and friendly but the food is literally disgusting.

  came in yesterday and whether you order a drink by itself or a meal a large order, regardless it’ll take 15 minutes at least, i normally only order a drink but i always wait over 20-25 minutes for anything regardless of my visit…. my food and drink rarely ever tastes decent… always a waste of money😭

  Placed a mobile order for 2 drinks but only received 1. Employee came out handed me 1 drink and said we don't do the other anymore, get a refund in the app and then walked away. No attempt to make things right, like offering a different drink. Searched the app to get a refund, couldn't find a way to request one so I reached out to customer support. I was told they didn't do partial refunds, but they would give me "points". I said that wasn't acceptable because I would not be going back. I was told there was nothing else they could do, they were forwarding my complaint to the specific store I ordered from and to wait for their response. Over a week later and no communications of any kind. So apparently, you're either forced to continue patronizing their business or they'll just STEAL your money.
