  Waited 15 minutes for our order to be taken and an additional 45 minutes for 1 order of chicken tenders and 3 drinks and our fries were missing out of the bag. The employees were eating food and hanging out instead of doing their jobs. Don’t waste your time going there. The people that were in the mobile order spots waited 30+ minute too.

  Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes with only one car in front of us, they eventually just pulled off without ordering. Clearly they need more staff. With the amount of people who just drive off due to not getting service, they could afford to employ help.

  I ordered a medium milkshake a hamburger with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and a small fry. It was $14 but when I got home the hamburger had nothing in it but a little bit of mayo in the middle and I sit there for 30 solid minutes waiting on this they either need to hire more people in the kitchen or do something because it’s taking entirely too long. This is the second time it just took me 30 minutes to get an order through the drive-through and there weren’t that many customers outside. Sonic you can do better than this.

  We did a mobile order - 1:09pm came to the drive though- told us to go to a stall- pressed the button- no one answered. Went through drive through again she told us to sit out at the stall because it was almost ready. It's now 1:54pm and they are not answering the red call button. Husband just had to walk up, food is not ready still after an hour. Save yourself the time and do not come here .... we are still waiting on our food

  Worst customer service ever! I had to repeat order 3 times. Asked for Watermelon slush they tried to give me a Cherry slush. The slush wasn't blended and it was horrible. I returned slush and requested a substitute, that team couldn't make a decision to exchange it. I requested a refund for the slush and that was puzzling to process. I opened my Cheeseburger while waiting only to find, the bun staled and Burger cold. At that point, drove off threw the food away and left the refund that was taking too long to process. This is the first time I ever posted a negative review but it was necessary. Thank you, An unhappy Customer 🙁
