  If i could leave 0 stars I would, my Girlfriend and I ordered through Door Dash last Saturday, and the double smash burger I ordered was entirely raw (smash burger patties, something you have to try to undercook), her tots were the wrong size, and none of the sauces we had ordered were given to us. We drove to the store so I could have them remake the burger, and give us the sauces, as well as fix her tots. we waited in line for half an hour while we watched three cars leave for not being waited on, mind you, the store was not busy whatsoever. when we finally got to the window, the associate seemed entirely uninterested in helping, then proceeded to tell me that the batch I was served was from one they were cooking from frozen, and when I asked about the sauces she had said she knows she put at least one groovy sauce in the bag (she did not) one out of the handful we ordered, and that she could "give us one for free since we didn't pay for them" (we did) she handed us coupons that were $.99 off of our next orders on whatever the item was to try and make up for it. we then proceeded to leave after almost another half an hour of waiting for my burger to remade, with no food. I spent the next three days sick from the food, I understand if the store is understaffed, but this was an unacceptable experience to be had. I would not recommend anyone to come to this chain, and if they do, be wary.

  I waited for over 10 minutes in car drive up car space, no one ever acknowledged me. I rang the bell again and no one ever answered. The drive-thru was wrapped around. I ended up leaving without any food.

  Absolutely terrible. Me and my boyfriend ordered through DoorDash , his burger was completely raw, and got 0/6 sauces we ordered . We figured we would drive back and get it remade. We waited 20 min in line and when we got to the window the lady just offered a remake , didn’t seem apologetic, and proceeded to say that those were from a still frozen batch…. Then we asked for the sauce and she said she remembered putting the sauce in our bag so she was only going to give us one “free” one. After 15 more minutes of waiting we just left. Over priced fast food for a terrible experience.

  I ordered and paid for 2 meals, pick up was 15 minutes. When I arrived there was another person waiting in pickup. He got out of the car, looked inside and said there was no one inside and the lights were out. They took my money and online they said it was open. Luckily I used a credit card so I hope to get my money back. So I guess that's how they stay open, take the money, pay no salary or even food cost I bet.
