  Got my order taken. Sat in the line for about 10 mins. Got to the window, agent had no idea what I had ordered. Gave the order again, which was just a scoop of ice cream in a sugar cone. Agent confirmed there were no sugar cones, so I asked for a bowl. Another agent comes to the window and asked what I needed. Repeated the order again. First agent comes back to tell me they have no sugar cones or the flavor of ice cream I ordered. Could we not have settled this when I placed the order at the speaker? Very annoyed lol.

  I really like the ice cream and chocolate donuts here. They taste very delicious and fresh. The service is friendly, and the place is clean and nice. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!🥰😘

  Went to drive through 3/15/26 at 1:45 pm. There were 3 people ahead of me. I placed my order....1 large coffee. 5 minutes of waiting fir car ahead and I pull up to pay. After waiting 10 minutes, I am finally given my coffee with no explanation or apology. Meanwhile, while I was waiting I could see the employees making up a bunch of other drinks..there were at least 10 lined up. I have no idea why mine was not done before all the people behind me. I was 10 minutes late for work.

  Terrible experience at Dunkin’. The service has really gone downhill, and it honestly felt even worse after being asked for tips through the drive-thru. A drive-thru tip prompt for poor service just leaves a bad taste. The staff seemed uninterested, the service was slow, and the overall experience was frustrating. I used to enjoy coming here, but lately the quality and customer service have seriously declined. Definitely needs improvement.

  Went through the drive-through line, today (2-25-2026) around 10ish or 11am. I was there for over a little while, I finally said hello and no one answered. I then said hello again and the drive-through lady was very rude and said we will be with me in one moment, she thought she muted her mic or thought it was off and said very vulgar cuss words and she said she wasn’t dealing with this and ask a gentlemen to hand me my product that I had purchased at this location. She then spoke through the drive-through microphone and completed my order very rude and the gentleman came to the Drive-through and was very obnoxious and very rude to take my payment, as if he was upset that I said hello and I was just seeing if anyone could hear me, my truck isn’t the quietest, he was very hostile and she was as well, I’m a paying customer and this isn’t the best customer service, the lady had some type of long corn rolls, and the gentleman had a gold something on his head, Will NOT be returning with this customer service. 0/10.
