  We just moved to Yulee Wildlight and was very impressed with the staff at this location. I believe they were short handed so the line was a little backed up. But they kept it moving with a smile and good attitude. All the ingredients were fresh and very good.

  I visited this Chipotle to purchase food in August 21, it was 10:30am, I was told the store doesn't open for another 15 mins; no problem, I went & sat in my car until 10:50 am. I went back in to order & was told that "we are not serving at the moment"; I asked, you guys are open right?, the gentleman said yes, but we are not serving; no explanation, no apology, nothing How are you open for business but not serving customers? I just shook my head & walked out.

  Sadly, one of the most inefficient Chipotle’s I’ve ever been to. Long line waiting while one person both makes the burritos and works the register. I’ve never seen employees move so slowly. Very poorly managed.

  Emma made my steak burrito tonight and she was so friendly throughout the entire interaction. She welcomed me in as I entered the restaurant, she greeted me right away with a smile, and she even drew a smiley face on my tinfoil wrapped around my burrito. If everyone was as happy as Emma is the world would be a brighter place! Thanks for the great attitude, attention to detail, and service Emma.

  7-30-2026 Stopped by around 8:45 PM (closing time is 10:00PM)and was disappointed to find there was no chicken, honey chicken, or steak available on the line. It's frustrating to arrive well before closing and have most of the main protein options unavailable. (Also no chips) It also didn't appear that a manager or supervisor was present. The young employees seemed to be running things on their own with little urgency or direction. What concerned me most was the food handling. I watched an employee handle raw steak while putting it on the grill, then use the same gloved hand to cut the cooked steak without changing gloves. I also saw the same cutting board used for cooked chicken and then for steak without being sanitized in between. Those practices did not inspire confidence in the restaurant's food safety. Training definitely needs to be a regular thing. Getting people sick and not caring is absolutely disgusting and disturbing. I would tell you names but none of the 5 workers had on a name tag. Guess thats not a thing either. I hope management addresses these issues and provides better supervision during evening shifts.
