- GPGary Pate1 day ago3.0I love Chick-fil-A. I visit a few times when I’m in the states which is usually only for a few days/ weeks. The service at this new Chick-fil-A especially the drive-through is very very very slow. They have plenty of help taking the orders which is a very smooth and quick process but sitting in line to get the food is ridiculous. I put very three times because that’s how very slow it is. I understand it’s new but they had quite a system in place at the old location not sure what the slow up is at the new location, but they gotta figure it out.

BUT the indoor seating situation is lacking, literally. There's not near the amount that there was at the previous location. My group of 5 visited around 2:30 the other day- after the lunch rush- and there wasn't a single table available. Luckily a table finally left so we cleaned it ourselves and I had to snag a chair from another table which blocked the walkway for the workers delivering the food. It definitely doesn’t have the "Welcome! Come on in and stay while!" vibe that greeted each patron previously. I'm curious to see how spirit nights, Santa visits and other seasonal special occasions will go down now - unless that was the point, to keep people from hanging around. It has curb appeal, but cramped and not as welcoming inside.

Before we had finished or even stood up to leave, an employee began sweeping and cleaning around our table. I felt rushed and uncomfortable because we were still in the process of leaving. I believe customers should be given the opportunity to finish their meal and gather their belongings before staff begin cleaning the area around them.
- SWSnow WJul 22, 20262.0Me and the family three kids under the age of five went to this Chick-fil-A, hoping to have a great experience because it was new and larger than the old one next to Walmart. Had a terrible experience. The tables are way too close together. It seemed like they just were thinking about fitting more people in for money than space and comfortability. The play place to me was smaller kids 14 and 13 were in their playing with these babies faculty doesn’t say anything parents obviously don’t care. They treat it like a Playground kids have been in there for 2+ hours, which is insane to me, but as we are sitting down eating, they are trying to change the board right over our heads, dropping things on our table reaching over my kids in their food. It was terrible terrible I honestly will not be going back inside this Chick-fil-A.

There is one team member, Reece, who clearly sets the bar for what a top-tier employee looks like. Every time I see him, he is moving with incredible focus and precision. You can tell he takes his role in the kitchen seriously; he’s fast, efficient, and maintains that high standard of excellence we expect from this location. It’s rare to find someone who handles the intensity of the back of house with such consistent professionalism. Beyond his work ethic, it is hard not to notice how sharp he looks. With his distinct, classic oval face shape and that modern, well-styled hair, he definitely has a great look that reflects the same level of care he puts into his work. He’s easily one of the most polished and handsome members of the crew. Whether he’s keeping the kitchen running perfectly or interacting with the team, Reece is clearly a standout at this location
