    Fatal,fui maltratada y humillada por ser latina,la muchacha que atendía los pedidos de Subway del turno de la 1.30 pm del 8 de mayo de 2026 nos insulto verbalmente pensando que no la entendía y tiró los panes que casi caen al suelo,no pude ni hacer el pedido completo como lo quería.

    Date: April 28th @ around 5:45pm. An older guy was working at the Subway. Me and husband was traveling from West Palm Beach to Tampa and stopped by here to get Subway sandwiches because we were damn hungry! I stayed in the car since I was tired and my husband went inside to get the food. I stayed on the phone to give him instructions for my sub. He was the only customer at that time, nobody else was in the queue. The guy who started to make my sub, started to act rude and give bad expressions only after getting 3 instructions which was bread, cheese and choice of protein. When my husband asked me what I want next, the employee started telling the pilot employee next to him that, ''people like him comes to the store and disturbs the business''. The audacity of the guy! When my husband questioned him why did he say that, he said, if you’re here to order then why are you on the phone, you’re holding the line! What the heck! My husband got mad and called him rude and unfair. Also told the employee that he’s getting instructions on the phone which he knew. Other female employee from pilot jumped in to defend the guy. Was very very very rude to my husband because of his color (clearly) and asked my husband to leave the store or police will be called. My husband agreed on that and waited for the police to arrive. We asked the employees to check the cctv to see who started it and who was at fault. Is this how you treat your customers?!!!! Not just the subway employee, also the pilot employee! They were just pissed either because they are racist or because my husband interrupted their relaxed gossip time. They want to get paid by doing nothing! I wonder how many customers they lose everyday like this! Very very disappointed! Never coming back here again!

    Terrible service. Being on vacation, after a long drive we came in for a bite. The woman behind te counter was unfriendly from the start, totally had no patience while we where making choices for our kids. Finally because apparantly we were too slow making choices she threw down everthing and dissappeared to the back leaving her young colleague to pick up while she dropped everything.

    Terrible first of all asked for a tuna sandwich toasted (sub of the day on Tuesday) got a half toasted peace of bread with the meat added on AFTER it was toasted, asked for light spinach and got a handful that was carried between two workers trying two make sandwiches all at the same time. I didn’t complain- finally got to the register for them to ring my sandwich up at full price and not the price listed on the signs for the day. Finally spoke up just to be told they don’t do online orders that they don’t honor the sub of the day price to basically go else where… major attitude and very dirty behind the glass. Out of most breads and sauces. By far the worst subway I’ve been too!
