  I placed a review on her that we received the worse pizza we ever had one 50 yrs. Both myself and my wife got sick. The wife was sick overnight. And we got NO RESPONSE from management.. Shame too we used to like papa johns Never again from this location

  I order here alot! But this is by far my best experience at this location! Henry was absolutely amazing! Please keep employees like him! Thank you Henry for making my family a great dinner! He was very polite and made sure our order was fresh!

  Order date: May 31, 2026 . I ordered online-the online order receipt showed one pizza was missing a topping. I called immediately after ordering, spoke with manager. She said it was too late to change the order. She said I needed to remove that wrong pizza from my order and place a new order. I agreed to do that. She refunded me $10.71 (note:the Papa Pairing was $6.99, I don’t know why she chose the dollar amount of $10.71, but that was her decision.) I placed a new, corrected order, also with two papa pairings, and thought everything was good. My wife went to pick up the pizza and the store told her that we owed an additional $10 for the original order even though I had just been refunded $10.71. She claimed that the pizza that I took off invalidated the coupon even though the Papa Pairing only requires you to buy two items or more. My wife pulled up the app and showed her exactly how I had ordered things. She said the app wasn’t correct. (FYI, I updated the app just before placing the original order ). She kept saying that was a new deal and that we had it wrong. That’s why my wife showed her what we were looking at and the Papa Johns app. She was basically yelling at my wife and I tried to speak with (her) the manager over the phone. She wouldn’t let me get a word in. This manager obviously cares nothing about customer service and did not offer any suggestions to try to make it right. We paid the $10 and I plan to never shop at this Winter Haven store again. What should’ve happened was, she should have refunded my $6.99 plus tax pizza only and definitely not charged me an additional $10 and everything would’ve been fine. Instead I’m out $10 and Papa Johns lost a customer. To me, it’s really not about the money but about the way that my wife and I were treated. Order confirmation (1302983001) and (1302989041)

  I stopped by for a quick carryout order and was helped by a very nice lady at the counter. She was super helpful, friendly, and efficiently handled everything. I feel bad that I didn’t catch her name, but she made the experience smooth and pleasant. My pizza was ready on time and hot, though it wasn’t quite as fresh or flavorful as I’ve had in the past. Overall a solid stop for carryout — I’d go back.

  I was very pleased with my recent order ...I called for pick up and with kids that makes for a confusing order the person who took my call was very friendly and patient the pizza came out hot and accurate and it was especially nice to walk into a an environment that was clean and orderly...they will most definitely have my business from here out..this store really has improved and has their stuff together greatgreat job...thank u🥰
