  The service was terrible. I placed an order online for carry out. I arrived 5 minutes after it was ready according to their website and was told oh it’s not done because one oven is broken. They ask me my name again. The girl at the counter gave my order to the delivery driver for a different Jessica. I was told they would have to remake it. I waited another 20 minutes and had to ask how much longer it would be before they gave me the food.

  Ordered a Philly cheesesteak and a medium pizza for delivery. The pizza arrived, but the cheesesteak never did. When I called, I was told they'd run out of the ingredient and that the driver would refund it through the app. The DoorDash driver never processed that refund, so I had to file it myself through DoorDash's app and ended up not getting my full money back for an item I never received. When I spoke with the manager, Juliette, about the issue, she offered no real solution — just repeated that they were out of the ingredient and said there was nothing else could be done. If you're out of a staple item that's still listed as available on the app, at minimum flag it before someone orders and pays for it, or have a real process to make it right when your mistake costs the customer money. Won't be ordering from this location again.

  Now this is the only place that I get pizza. I am more of a “HUT” fan usually but the service here is top frickin notch. The young man Jeremiah(spelling?) was very friendly and made me thankful there are still good humans out in the world.
