  I came in for lunch today. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal, and what I received was what seemed undercooked dark weird textured meat that tasted horrible. I had to drive through the drive-through again. Ask them if they could give me a hamburger. They hesitated and said they could give me another chicken sandwich so I said OK. They gave me a second chicken sandwich that had the same issue after eating about half of it it had the same weird texture and bad taste and appeared to be undercooked. I drove back by again. Told the manager about the situation and she offered to give me a quarter pounder as you can see in the picture, it’s the worst burger I’ve ever seen. The manager of this restaurant should seriously consider getting better quality products if they’re serving it to the public as well as getting some decent people who can cook simple food, very disappointed in the quality and the management skills at this location

  I am so incredibly frustrated with my experience here. I came in hoping to get some food, but the manager, Eddie, had a terrible attitude and zero customer service skills. He basically snapped at us and said they were completely out of everything—no new refreshers, no Sprite, and no fruit punch. We couldn't even order what we wanted. We ended up with just fries, and they were awful. They tasted like pure cardboard with absolutely no salt on them. At that point, I just wanted a refund and to leave. But it took them over 20 minutes just to give me my money back! To make it even worse, Eddie didn't even give me a receipt for the refund, so now I don't even know if I got the right amount back. Eddie’s poor attitude and terrible customer service completely ruined my day. Save yourself the headache and go to a different location.

  I’ve been to this location multiple times and as a former manager from a McDonald’s for seven years for someone to tell me why I’m trying to place an order that they cannot substitute anything on sandwiches let alone they cannot substitute meat, bread, or eggs. I’ve never heard of this and all my years of working for McDonald’s and then in the background, you hear a management that you tell them is crazy. I’ll never order here again. The staff was extremely rude. When I mentioned I come here every morning and order the same thing they said if you came here every morning, you would know we don’t do that disrespectful rude, and does not know their jobs. Apparently neither does the management!

  April 27th, 2026- 10:40pm They forgot to put sauce in the bag. We came in to ask. The sauce is usually free with a meal. We explained we just came through the drive thru. Manager insisted its 22 cents for the sauce packets. I asked for my receipt from the drive thru and I guess he forgot about that when he walked away to go to the back after charging me 22 cents for sauce we should've gotten. Idk if hes on the spectrum(not trying to be disrespectful, but genuine).
