- AAAhmed Algamal4 days ago2.0I wish I could give zero! Worst ever time at Five Guys. I dont know if what we ate today was actual meat, not only taseless but everybody in my family had the same comment, there are some hard pieces in the meat to the point that none of us could finish the burger. I go to another location and never had that experience. Horrible experience at this location. I was the only customer and obviously the 2 people at the kitchen have zero passion about what they do. Strange how businesses like this who charge for burgers much more than fast food places can't even sustain the minimum service level for the price. Continue to go down Five Guys. Never visiting this location ever, probably other locations too. No worth it for the price paid. I only gave 2 stars because of the fries but I'm not here to eat fries!

I get nervous ordering which i know sounds silly but social anxiety is real. I had to run back up to fix my mom’s burger order and he was so chill about it. this may seem small but is little things like that which keep customers coming back so props to him for not making it uncomfortable.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
