Yesterday after the tournament we stopped at this Dunkin’ Donuts to get two basic hot coffees and a 10 count munchkins and this came out to over $17. We then questioned the kids working behind the counter as to why they were charging us $10 for 10 munchkins they said each munchkin was a dollar. When you go onto any Dunkin website a 10 count munchkin is about $3.50 so I don’t know if the people working yesterday Sunday, April 19 were up charging all customers, but someone really needs to look into this as it’s absolutely ridiculous.

It was quite obvious management could not handle their position. We had to go up to keep them on track. It was a wild experience and won't be returning to this location ever again. They never even said sorry, one time, about anything.

I think my biggest grievance is paying almost $6 for one of their sandwiches and always having it cold (cheese is never even close to melted and the croissant is barely cooked). This has happened every time I get it and for some reason I keep hoping it will be made right (never again). It seems like all the elements of the sandwich were cooked hours ago and they have been sitting around. They are almost always out of at least one donut and the coffee is always hit or miss. I will say I think the people working the drive thru have gotten nicer and more attentive, but the hot food is a nightmare.
