- SSSam SmithAug 20, 20261.0Yanelis Pena, the certified training manager, loves to verbally assault young adults for asking for a refund since the establishment ran out of supplies and failed to notify customers. All other workers were amazing and so helpful, they genuinely seemed scared of their higher up. That is so sad since this is most of their first jobs and no management should make high schoolers feel like that. Multiple customers who were there when she verbally assaulted a paying customer are escalating this to corporate as well since little kids were around.
