  We get to the front of the line, my wife is talking to a supervisor about something regarding a promotion going on. When I told my kids to hold on and wait for their mom while she was discussing a deal they had going on the guy behind the counter beginning to make the food told them to go ahead and order for they had a big line and he wanted to get it done with he said which I thought was pretty rude to override my command for my children Just because he wanted to hurry his line up which really wasn't that bad as someone who is also in the business of dealing with lines (bartending) way he said it to me after he told my kids go ahead after I said hold on was very cold and almost robotic It was very unusual He didn't even look at me in the eyes. Not one for usually complaining I understand work can be tough but don't override an adult's decision when it's regarding their kids. That is incredibly rude. I'd be happy to talk with somebody about this matter that works for Chick-fil-A. I went ahead and ordered a quesadilla. The same employee told me that they don't do quesadillas unless you do it on the app and it's for pickup. That actually bothered me to the point where I had to call another Chiplote once I left and I called both of the Chipotle by me told me that yes they do make quesadillas in house ready to order. This was said right after this guy told me about how he had to get the lying to hurry up basically, I don't know what was up with this gentleman but I don't think he's Chipotle material. But I will say this; the woman that was running the register was extremely nice and very helpfulb to me and my family and I appreciate her very much. Overall though It was a bad experience and being somebody who is in the hospitality industry specifically restaurants I would never let one of my employees talk to a customer the way that this employee at this Chipotle spoke to me. They would have been on dish duty in 2 seconds.
