- MMM M3 days ago5.0Always a nice meal here! The portions are great, everyone is friendly, and the price is better than other (less healthy) options. You can really customize your meal to your tastes. Definitely try the braised lamb!

We’ve come multiple times and Brennen is always quick to greet with a smile and remembers us when we come in. Jenna was also so quick to jump in and help when it got busy and made sure we had everything we needed since we took our food to go this time. I hope we encounter these two every time!

From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted, through the process of ordering, Gianna answered my questions and was a pleasure. She handed me off to Brennan to finish the order and ring me up and he was a delight. I'm not sure where management keeps finding great employees like these, but keep it up Cava, at Winter Springs! Great job to these two employees!

- ATAaron TravitskySep 18, 20261.0Waited 20 minutes with only three people in front of me the person that was helping me was higher than the NASA space station I asked for no olives and he continued to put olives in my bowl also the food was not even close to being fresh I wanted black lentils he told me that they are completely dried out and they were not going to make any more. Also the guy that helped me didn't even remember what kind of protein I got the place was a mess it was not worth my time patience or money
