  I had a 10/10 experience yesterday because of Nicole. She was so wonderful to talk to and made my day. The food is also absolutely delicious. I am coming back to Cava because of her and recommending this place to friends and family!!

  I had a great experience at CAVA! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The ingredients tasted high quality, and there were so many great options to customize my bowl. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and kept everything clean and well stocked, even during a busy time. Fast service, generous portions, and delicious food. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

  This location chronically under serves the potion sizes when ordering through the app. I've actually had to go back and ask for more food before because an expensive bowl should not be less than half way filled.

  Jordan was great service today! Professional, officiant, and kind. We tried the new harassa bbq pita bread by his recommendation and AMAZING add to our meal. I always come back to this location because of how great the service is, clean, and amazing atmosphere!

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this CAVA. I ordered a bowl with harissa chicken and steak. They told me they only had a little bit of steak left and that the harissa chicken would take about 4 to 5 minutes. I said that was fine and continued placing my order. While ordering, I also asked for chips. There were several bags available at the time, and they told me they would get everything together once my protein was ready. When they asked if I wanted my sides first, I explained that I preferred to wait until my proteins were ready so my entire order could be completed at once. Instead of waiting 4 to 5 minutes, I ended up waiting over 20 minutes. When my food was finally ready, another employee tried to charge me again even though I had already paid before my food was prepared. Then, when I asked for the chips I had already ordered and paid for, I was told they were out and that I would have to wait another 20 minutes. After already waiting more than 20 minutes, that was completely unacceptable. When I questioned the additional wait, another employee went to the back and was told it would actually be another 2 minutes. The communication was inconsistent from start to finish, and no one seemed to know what was going on. I spent $21 and drove 15 to 20 minutes to this location, only to receive poor customer service, inaccurate wait times, and a frustrating experience. If I had been told from the beginning that the wait would be over 20 minutes, I could have made an informed decision instead of standing there wondering what was happening. The food may be good, but the customer service and organization were terrible. I left feeling like my time wasn’t valued at all. I hope management addresses these issues so other customers don’t have the same experience.
