    We were driving by and decided to cool off with the new Moana inspired smoothie. Delicious and tropical. We were helped by Amaya who was helpful and attentive. Will definitely be coming back again.

    Terrible customer service.. nasty attitudes… i wanted to make sure my order was correct. “ I don’t know I mixed up the orders “ and it was for a food allergy… HORRIBLE

    I had a very disappointing experience at the Tropical Smoothie location in Winter Park, FL. I arrived at 10:33 a.m., and the store was still not open even though employees were inside talking while customers waited outside. Several parents, along with myself, were left standing and knocking on the door with no communication or acknowledgment from the staff. As a customer, I value professionalism and respect for people’s time, and unfortunately this location did not demonstrate either during my visit. Due to this experience, I do not plan on returning to this location and hope management addresses these issues to improve customer service moving forward.

    Every time i order from here they are out of something. Today is was bananas. How could a smoothie place be out of bananas? I told the girl my order and she proceeded to text on her phone then say “sorry what?” Ummmm ok. Maybe don’t text when you have a customer in front of you? On a different occasion i placed my order on the app and came in to pick it up. The smoothie was already made and he tells me there is no acai - which i had added on as an add in to my smoothie. Im like okay…. Well i paid for that. He proceeds to tell me he doesnt know how to refund that then opens the drawer out to give me $1 Idk who is running this place but they aren’t Only reason im giving 2 stars is bc i think their smoothies are delicious and it’s conveniently located.

    I stopped by this location last night and walked in about A few minutes before closing before closing, not realizing how close it was to closing time. The door was still unlocked, there were several customers inside, and the person ahead of me was actively placing an order. I didn’t think nothing of it because I was looking to order a smoothie not a meal. However, when it was my turn, I was told they were “about to close” and was refused service. I completely understand closing procedures, but the inconsistency was frustrating—especially since others were still being served. I just wish the situation had been handled more fairly ,such as locking the doors or setting a firm cutoff for all customers. Unfortunately, this left me feeling unwelcome.
