  Decent late night food option in Winter Park. The dj was playing great music, it was just very loud? This seems to be a common issue for me I guess. I was with 3 other people and we were all yelling at each other because we couldn’t hear. The lighting was great. All of the tables looked like they needed to be bussed. They were either super busy right before we got there or they were understaffed. You scan the QR code at the table to order. Not sure if I like that but I guess it has its benefits. I would categorize this as bar food. When the wings got to the table I was concerned. Got the hot buffalo; I thought there was marinara all over them. They look extremely questionable but they were actually pretty good. I didn’t have the pizza but the rest of my party seemed to enjoy it. The Brussels were good they just needed some more salt. You can’t really go wrong with fried Brussels sprouts.

  Perla’s Pizza was out spot Wednesday Happy hour. But it wasn’t no happy hour it was bingo night. I saw this place on TikTok and I decided to go ahead and try it since I was in the area. On Wednesday they usually have bingo. The bingo cards are five dollar a card and a DJ is actually playing music as well. As you can see in the one picture below that the inside is very small. It’s pretty but it’s small and parking. They do have valet, but the parking lot is small as well. We were able to get a spot at the bar maybe after waiting about maybe 30 minutes and then we decided to order out food which you can see in the pictures I ordered to garlic Parmesan wings and the two drinks in the picture. The overall service of Perla’s Pizza was really nice though waiter we had he was nice. Overall, I get this place a five out of five. Only thing is I did not have the pizza so I can’t really speak up on the pizza. Will I return to Perla’s Pizza? yes

  Came here last night with three girlfriends to try the place out after hearing it was fun. The DJ was awesome and played really good music, the place was busy, and most of the employees seemed very nice. I also enjoyed my pizza, although one of my friends mentioned her pasta was a little hard and could have been cooked more. Unfortunately, the dine-in experience and customer service were disappointing. I understand that you order through the app and the food is brought to the table, so it’s not traditional table service, but there should still be some level of hospitality and attention to the tables. The whole service felt very unorganized and understaffed, and we basically had to fend for ourselves. Whenever food or drinks were delivered, no one would ask if we needed anything or even clear the empty plates and glasses. The tables are already very small, so they quickly became overcrowded with dirty dishes. We ended up bringing our own dirty dishes back, getting our own clean plates and silverware multiple times, and having to track someone down for basic things like water. The drinks were okay, but they were also probably 60% ice and 40% actual drink, which was disappointing for what you’re paying. Overall, I liked the atmosphere, music, and my food, but the lack of organization, attentiveness, and basic hospitality really affected the experience. With better staffing and customer service, this could be a really fun place to come back to. I can also make it shorter and a little more blunt for a Google review if you want it to hit harder without sounding unreasonable.

  NATE WAS WONDERFUL!!! He was hilarious. The drinks were flowing and the pizza was yummy. We had Mikey’s Hot Double Down (very sexy and delish) and the Perla’s 3.0 Mile Salad (also sooo good). The Gimlet and the Butterfly Kisses cocktails did the trick. But when I tell you our server Nate made the experience amazing.. he literally carried the night with his service and humor. The music was loud as hell and there’s literally NO WAY the stuff the dj was playing was on vinyl lol, but after some drinking it sounded a whole lot better. Weird AI video playing in the background. Brought the ambience down to like 5 /10. Anyways PAY NATE MORE!!!

  Perla's Pizza is easily one of my favorite spots! From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed like family, and the food is consistently incredible. Every pizza is fresh, flavorful, and made with so much attention to detail—you can really taste the quality and passion that goes into every bite. A special shoutout to Chef Marco, whose talent and dedication shine through in every dish. The menu is thoughtfully crafted, and it's clear he takes great pride in creating an amazing experience for everyone who walks through the door. And of course, Nate deserves recognition too! His hospitality and positive energy make every visit even better. He genuinely cares about every guest and helps create the warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes Perla's feel like more than just a pizza place. If you're looking for incredible pizza, great people, and a place that truly values its community, Perla's Pizza is a must-visit. Highly recommend!
