Sat down for dinner the server gave us water but didn’t say anything and walked away. Music was too loud and we felt very uncomfortable. Ended up leaving. Also mandatory valet always annoying. Won’t be back

The music here is insanely loud. Bring ear plugs and forget about having a conversation with your table mates. We literally had to yell to hear each other. There is zero reason for that level of volume at a restaurant. As for the food, it was just okay. And for the price point, just okay isn't enough. The banana pizza lacks any banana flavor. It's completely overpowered by the pepperoni. The cheese pizza was lacking any flavor entirely. The Chicken Parma was the best of the pizzas we ordered, and it was still just average. The saving grace here is the garlic knots.. if only you got more than a tablespoon of dipping sauce to go with them. We came, we saw, we got our ear drums rattled, and we won't be back.

I visited Perlas Pizzeria for the first time today, and it was a really great experience overall. This spot is part of the same group behind Soseki and Sushi Saint, and just like their other concepts, you can tell there’s a strong culinary vision behind it. My partner and I decided to check it out and brought our dogs along, which made the experience even better. The space itself is very nice, clean, stylish, and with a great atmosphere. One thing that really stood out is the music. They have house DJs playing throughout the day, which adds a premium, energetic vibe that’s honestly not that common to find in Orlando. It definitely brings something fresh to the scene. To start, I had a lavender mocktail while my wife ordered a margarita, both were very good. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be expanding the non-alcoholic drink options. It would be great to see more refreshing choices like lemonades or iced teas for people who don’t drink alcohol but also aren’t necessarily looking for a mocktail. We ordered a Caesar salad, which was decent but not particularly memorable. However, the cacio e pepe pasta completely stole the show, easily one of the best pastas I’ve had in years. Absolutely incredible in both flavor and execution. We also tried the chicken pizza. The dough is outstanding, and the sauce is very well balanced. If there’s one small tweak I’d suggest, it would be using slightly fresher chicken, but overall the pizza was still very enjoyable and well-crafted. Would I come back? Absolutely. I really like the concept, the vibe, and the quality they’re bringing. I definitely recommend checking out Perlas Pizzeria if you’re looking for something different and elevated in Orlando. BTW as always the service is phenomenal

Perla reminds me of California-style pizza—thin yet tender crust, with outside-the-box ingredients. I loved their QR-code ordering system: just order through your phone, and the food magically appears. For starters, we ordered the garlic knots. They did not disappoint—doughy yet airy, making them the perfect vessel to scoop up all that amazing marinara sauce. Their Caesar salad also has a unique texture profile because they use iceberg lettuce and spinach. The meatballs break apart easily and pair wonderfully with the lemon ricotta, which complements the acidity of the marinara sauce. The baked wings are fantastic—you can choose whatever sauces you want them tossed in. Now for the pizzas: we went for the “Stay Classy,” which had an amazing crust and the perfect cheese-to-sauce ratio. By far one of the best cheese pizzas in Orlando. In contrast, the “Hawaiian Punch” pizza has a unique twist—the pickled onion, jalapeño, and pineapple jam work so well together, it practically punches your taste buds.
