  Mickey was amazing! She greeted me and my friend today 4/21/26 as we walked in. Gave us plenty of time to order since it’s been a while. She was so nice to us that now I want to go back just to say hello! I bought a bagel sandwich, has bacon egg and cheese. It was delicious 🤤 I actually wished I would have bought two of them… this location is so much better than the one on Colonial because is 5 minutes from home. I can walk here if it wasn’t so hot outside, but anyway thank you for the great experience. Will return! A++++

  This is long overdue, but I give this place five stars. I had just finished a doctors appointment because I had fractured my collarbone from a motorcycle accident. I was hungry and decided to get einsteins. My bf and I placed our order at the counter and waited for our food. I went to look at the other bagels they had and told my bf that “ooh the cheddar jalapeño looks really good, I really wanna try that for next time.” I had ordered the everything bagel with plain cream cheese. As I was throwing away trash and came back, my bf had told me which I think the manager I’m not sure who but they had put the cheddar jalapeño bagel in there for me. I was really surprised they did that, but I was very grateful because I had it the next day and it was very delicious. I wanted to thank whoever put the cheddar jalapeño in the bag for me, that they deserve all the kindness in the world.
