    Probably will be my last time at Dutch Bros. Go to seven brew because it’s closer, but Dutch was on my way home thought I would stop for a treat. I ordered a medium blended energy drink, and the girl at the window spilled it. Her coworker told her don’t worry you still have enough. Just put it back in the blender and add more ice. So when I got my drink, it was three sips of liquid and then a giant block of ice. i’m definitely not coming back to pay seven dollars for three sips of drink.

    Love dutch bros. But they always make me late for work😭 I place my order for pick up at 5:35 states online it’ll be ready by 5:42am ok cool. But didnt receive it until 5:55. The car ahead of me was placing an order and by the time i was next my drink wasn’t made yet. They need a better system to where the customers waiting for their order have to wait in a pick up spot or customers with mobile orders can grab and go. The staff is great. Always super friendly. But the wait time at this location is always ridiculously looong!!!

    I have been to this location at least 100X and only once did I have my order made wrong. That’s an incredible success rate! The staff is incredible here. Everyone is so welcoming and genuine. The party is always at top volume and speedy service! My favorite is the Americano with orange flavoring. Don’t knock it till you try it as it’s SO Florida in its vibes. But all the seasonal flavors are fun to try and I’m looking forward to fall flavors again!

    I go through the drive through all the time today was the worst day I waiting in line with 5 cars in front of me No one was outside to take orders another car pulled up behind me She decided to go to the other lane and pull up in front of me The lady then decided to come outside and when i told her what happened She just laughed and said okay Nothing i can do about that This ladies need to taught customers service And the one in the windows are even terrible Mocking a customer is not cool at all

    My first time being a regular somewhere. My fav place to get coffee! Everyone is always in a positive mood. Shout out to karma, she always remembers me and my drink order! Not to mention they are quick with getting you in and out!!
