She was so incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming, and our conversation was honestly one of the nicest customer service experiences I’ve ever had. She talks to everyone, makes people feel comfortable, and goes out of her way to make sure customers have a great experience. She even gave me samples to try and was so helpful and patient with me. Her personality and kindness really stood out to me. She made my visit feel so much more personal and enjoyable. Seriously, the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced at Dunkin. Vanessa is amazing, and Dunkin is incredibly lucky to have a General Manager like her! She deserves to be recognized for the way she treats every customer. 💕🍩

I just think it’s very unsanitary and I notice this location has more drive thru customers than walks in so the only way you really notice this is if you go inside. So please management say something I feel bad writing this review but I had to say something again he’s really really nice
