Corner Chophouse is where Winter Park comes to cut loose, over steaks, stiff martinis, and nights that stretch a little longer than planned. Just off Park Avenue, we serve dry-aged cuts, Florida seafood, and classic sides with a few curveballs. The lights are low, the vibe is high, and the bar opens early. Whether you’re celebrating or just hungry, there’s always a seat waiting at the Corner.

Corner Chophouse is fantastic. The pre-dinner drinks were nearly perfect. My wife said the Flapper's Delight is her new favorite drink, and the Cotes-du-Rhone I had was spot on. The bread service, and especially the grilled romaine salad I had were incredible. I still think about that salad. The only thing we ordered that wasn't quite stunning was the steak frites, which I can't fault the kitchen for because my wife ordered it at medium-well. My rack of lamb was perfect, and my lamb-hating wife even liked it. The creamed spinach side was great. There's a steakhouse on Lee Rd **cough** that is known for this dish, but theirs doesn't come close to this. The banana cheesecake desert was another banger. The best cheesecake I've had in years. The service was great. (I hate steakhouses where the waiters wear tuxedos to look "fancy," but they all look like a hot mess with their shirts half untucked and bowties spun around to the side. Those places always have terrible service. If you're going to do it, do it right.) Our waiter was fantastic. Warm and funny, but still professional. The only knock was that the space is a little tight (although it made it easier to find our waiter), and the side room looks remote and unwelcoming. Don't let them stick you in the side room unless you want maximum quiet.

If you’re wanting a place where they make you feel special this is where you want to go! If you want good food along with it then I’m sorry to say this isn’t the place. Start off I ordered an angels envy bourbon on the rocks. The waiter came back to let me know they didn’t have it. So I ordered a buffalo trace on the rocks. A lot of ice in the glass. I would have preferred a large ice cube or a ball of ice. I know they have molds because a mango drink they have comes with a ball of shaved mango ice I believe. Either way. The pork belly was probably the best thing I had today. I ordered a strip for my fiancée and I without the miso butter due to my fiancée having celiac. The steak tasted like I expect a prime steak to taste. A nice beef clean taste. However I order a medium rare steak and it came out medium-medium well. I wasn’t to thrilled but I don’t like to make scenes especially when we were there for a graduation dinner. We also order the grilled shrimp along with the steak and it came with 3 pieces of shrimp… for $19…. Yeah…. Next for a side I ordered their version of Mac and cheese. Which was unfortunately bland. Now the waiter did bring out asparagus and cream of spinach without any request from the table which was nice. Like I said if you want to feel special they definitely try their hardest. Now I didn’t appreciate the fact that they singled out my fiancée by bringing out a gluten free cake that she did not order. Many people would think of this as a nice gesture however to someone who doesn’t want to bring attention to themselves and to someone who is very cautious about what they eat. It’s frustrating to bring something that we had not looked into to verify with any of the Atly reviews to make sure no one has had reactions. I wouldn’t recommend the corner chop house to any friends or family. A very disappointing experience especially since it was on our list to have a date night on our own. Now overall or waiter David was nice and treated the table well. My only gripe is at the end of the night with the gluten free cake. But other than that his service was impeccable.

My husband and I came last night for our first date night since our son was born. This was our first time at Corner Chophouse and we will 100% be returning. From the hosts to our server, James, everything was perfect. I was anxious to be away from my babies for long, but this evening was worth it. James was extremely generous and wanted us to try so many things…the pork belly was delicious and the beef tartare was unforgettable. My husband had the porterhouse and I had the 14oz strip…both of these cuts we were able to cut with forks they were THAT tender and buttery. On our way out, the host gave us extra Blondies for our toddler at home which made my heart so full…that meant the most to me. We’ve never experienced a dinner like this, treated like ABSOLUTE royalty, and it was so nice being together as husband and wife instead of mom and dad for once. James and the hosts made our experience unforgettable and were already scrambling to come back.

Came with my wife for brunch. The place was dead. We have been there for dinner and it was packed. We ordered Bloody Marys. 15 minutes later two drinks the size of OJ glasses came out that were mostly ice. Just tomato juice and maybe a splash of Vodka. For $15 each not worth it. We thought about getting the mimosa bucket but at $64 it was twice the cost of the Ravenous Pig. The menu was small for brunch, I don’t think it is a focus for them. We just ordered some Oysters Rockefeller which were good and then went to Prato. This place is really expensive for Winter Park. Each oyster is $5. They are good but not OMG. We eat out a ton so we know it’s not cheap but nothing at the Corner Chophouse is worth the premium they are charging over other Winter Park restaurants that are more established.

I cannot express the gratitude for my experience at the Corner Chophouse yesterday for my dad‘s 71st first birthday. They literally rolled out the red carpet for us.. custom menus for his birthday a beautiful framed back in 1955 Fun facts on it that the whole table enjoyed. I’ve never been to a restaurant that went to such extremes to make their guests feel so welcome!! our waitress Kayla was amazing. So sweet and attentive. We also had two bartenders at the bar that I did not catch their names, but they were amazing as they made great conversation and small talk before our party arrived. The hostess was also great as she greeted us to exactly who we were. The whole staff in general was just so sweet. The food was also AMAZING! We are all seriously fans! Thank you guys for everything that you did to make our night so special. Again… WE WILL BE BACK ❤️
