  10/2/26 7:45pm - I had a really unpleasant experience here. While my bowl was being made, the worker’s ponytail completely fell into my food. She then scraped the entire line with her glove, did not change the glove afterward, and proceeded to put her gloved hand directly into the ingredients. I was honestly very grossed out. I should have said something at the time, but it was an awkward situation and I didn’t know how to react. I ultimately didn’t eat the bowl because I was uncomfortable with what I had seen. I hope management addresses this because basic food-safety and hygiene practices should be taken seriously.

  I do not understand how the management or ownership of this chipotle does not understand how dirty they’re inside is, how dirty the buffet or serving area is how dirty it is outside. They need to pressure wash the sidewalk. It’s so nasty. I have written reviews before sometimes I go back to see if it’s gotten any better and it’s worse unbelievable.

  Listen I’m only writing this because I have given this location chance after chance since it’s the closest one to me… it is horrid. I’m not talking about the food, it’s typical chipotle flavor. I’m talking about the service and atmosphere of this place. It’s ALWAYS dirty. The staff has the worse attitude, like if I was a bother. None of them greet you or even make eye contact with you. Two of the girls were just chit chatting laughing and talking extremely loud at the register as I was trying to order and all the other employees were distracted by them. Then I got to the register and they continued to chit chat and when they choose they were ready all they did was give me my total. From now on I will be taking the extra time and effort to go elsewhere. This location needs so serious attention to who they are hiring.

  THIS IS THE WORST CHIPOTLE I HAVE EVER GONE TO. Facts: 8:00PM on a Tuesday. - Line workers RUDE and did not speak to you or even smile. - Line was disgustingly sloppy and running out of items. - WORKER POURED A BAG OF STORE BOUGHT DAISY SOUR CREAM ON THE LINE TO SERVE !!!!!!!!!!! DAISY BRAND SOUR CREAM - THICK AND HARDLY REFRIGERATED. - All cold toppings were mixed into each other - Worker stated “I don’t think that works” when trying to scan my member rewards then admitted he doesnt know what to do - WORKER SNATCHED A BAG OF FOOD OUT OF MY HAND WHEN I ASKED TO GRAB MANAGER FOR ASSISTANCE ON REWARDS !!! SNATCHED AS IF I WAS A THIEF. - Lobby was disgusting. Trash overflewed. no spoons. mess everywhere. no sauces. STILL TWO HOURS TILL CLOSING.

  If I could leave zero stars, I would. I am extremely disappointed by the customer service I received during my visit. While waiting for my order, I noticed that the employee preparing the bowls had queso on his glove. He then used the same gloves to pick up the bowl for my order, causing queso to get inside. I politely asked if he could change his gloves. He argued that there was no queso on his glove or in the bowl. He eventually changed his glove, but his attitude toward me became noticeably hostile. He then prepared my bowl in a visibly frustrated manner, quickly adding small amounts of rice and beans before walking away, even though my order still needed protein and fajitas. There was no one else behind me, so I was confused as to why he walked away. The most upsetting part was hearing him tell a coworker that I was an “annoying b****.” I found this incredibly disrespectful and completely unacceptable. I had made a reasonable and polite request regarding food handling and was never disrespectful toward him. Speaking about a customer that way—especially within earshot—is highly unprofessional. The entire interaction was uncomfortable and left me extremely disappointed.
