Never been to a more disappointing Chipotle in my life. The new General manager clearly isn’t involved. The staff were rude, the place was filthy, and no team member seemed to be speaking to each-other or communicating that they needed help. I’ve seen this location struggle before but this was on another level.

Management must be a joke cause they are disposing of old dirty water that isnin banquets n the lake outside the restaurant, they just walk outside with the big plate and pur it on the lake, if they cant do that in the sink cause its too small howndo they wash it? Must be doing w.e they want and i never hear an actual knowledgeable person giving instructions either and its always new people with the place smelling likenstraight bleach and other things goimg around making poor air circulation a problem and hiring slow people.

Yesterday, I had a very disappointing experience at my local Chipotle. When I first entered the restaurant, I immediately noticed that the location was extremely filthy. The floors were wet without any caution signs, which created a potential safety hazard. The food also looked old, and the makeline was filled with food that was dropping and spilling everywhere. Despite the appearance and condition of the food, I decided to give the store the benefit of the doubt and proceeded with my order. I also attempted to use a Chipotle Reward that was still showing as available in my account. I was told by the employee that the reward was invalid because it allegedly expired at 1:00 AM. I paid for my food anyway. However, once I returned to my car, I checked the app again and tested the reward to see whether it would allow me to add it to an order. It did. The reward clearly stated that it could be used in stores or online. Because I knew the reward was still applicable, I went back inside to speak with the staff and explain the situation. I was told by the cashier that the coupon was supposed to have been added at checkout. I explained that I had attempted to use it during checkout and that the employee who check me out said register showed an error. I showed them that the coupon was still clearly available and applicable on my account. I was then told that there was nothing she could do at that moment. I asked to speak with a manager or shift leader, but I was told that there was no manager or shift leader available. This was particularly concerning because the store was preparing to close. I would expect a manager or someone in a leadership position to be present during closing, especially since crew members typically should not be expected to close a store without management supervision. I then asked for contact information for the General Manager or District Manager so that I could address the issue with someone who had the authority to resolve it. I was told that the store had a new General Manager and that they did not have any way for me to contact that person. I found this very frustrating . Unfortunately, the experience did not improve once I got home. After eating the food, I found that it was not tasteful at all. Considering the appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant, the condition of the makeline, the issue with my reward, the lack of management available to assist me, and ultimately the poor quality and taste of the food, I deeply regretted going to this location.

I ordered 2 burrito bowl to pick up today the first one was bowl with double carnitas, brown rice, fajita veggies, pinto beans, medium corn, hot red salsa, sour cream, cheese, and queso. What I got in the first bowl was brown rice, single serving of dried up steak, corn and cheese. Nothing that I ordered was correct. The second bowl was correct. I paid over $33.00 for this food and they didn’t get it right. If I didn’t live so far away from this restaurant in Winter park on Orlando Ave I would go back and literally throw this wrong bowl at them. I want compensation for this HUGE disappointment

I had such a wonderful experience today, and it’s all because of Jyla! The moment I walked in, she greeted me with the biggest smile and complimented my outfit. That small act of kindness instantly brightened my day. Throughout my visit, she remained cheerful, welcoming, and genuinely kind to every customer who walked through the door. Even when another employee was speaking to her about getting back to work, Jyla never lost her positive attitude or her smile. In fact, another customer even spoke up and said, “Don’t be like that. Even while you’re telling her what to do, she still has a smile on her face. We appreciate a little sunshine.” I couldn’t agree more. People like Jyla are the reason customers come back. Great food is important, but genuine customer service and positive energy are what leave a lasting impression. I truly hope Chipotle recognizes what an incredible employee they have because she represents the company so well. Thank you, Jyla, for making my visit memorable. Keep shining—you never know whose day you’re making better!
