  One of the worst experiences I’ve had at this location of Chick-fil-A. I purchased dinner for my daughter after an event at Tuskawilla Middle School, and the mac & cheese tasted old and was clearly not fresh. Since another location was literally down the road from where I was shopping afterward, I stopped there hoping to simply replace the food I had already paid for. Instead of helping, I was met by a team lead named Adaline and another team lead named Gabriel, who immediately told me they could not exchange the food and that they were not going to give me “free food,” even though I had already purchased the meal and only wanted a replacement. Adaline stated, “This is not Walmart, we don’t do those types of exchanges,” and claimed it was not their fault. Gabriel then told me I could repurchase the same food again at full price. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told there was no manager available at the time. When I asked for the manager’s name, I was told they could not provide it due to “privacy,” which made no sense considering employees wear name tags displaying their names. I also asked for the phone number to the location and corporate so I could file a complaint, and they refused to provide it, telling me to “just Google it.” The way I was treated was extremely disrespectful and embarrassing, as if I were trying to get something for free, when all I wanted was a replacement for food that was not fresh. To make matters worse, they even threatened to call the sheriff, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. This was far from the “my pleasure” customer service experience that Chick-fil-A is known for. I definitely want nearby residents and families to know that this is the kind of service being provided at this location, and experiences like this may explain why the location currently has only 3.5-star reviews.

  KiLee has an amazing personality. I'm hearing her enthusiasm, I'm seeing "91 degrees outside" on my cars display and I can't wrap my head around it. She went out of her way to be kind and that deserves recognition. She is phenomenal!
