The management here is awful, do better. They need more people working the line. Waiting 45 minutes or more because your workers are slow and not enough is a manager problem. The owner is losing money because of poor management when people walk out due to long waits.

5/10/26: HORRIBLE. I was served by Sydney today. Super rude! Hope management can teach her better manners. I understand that it can be busy as it’s Mother’s Day, however, she treated everyone after me with kindness and respect. Meanwhile she short answered me, didnt look at me, and was rushing my bowl. Complete opposite from everyone else. Unfair and unpleasant experience. Sydney is her name.

Door dashed from this cava twice and it appears the employees don’t care about there DoorDash customers as they never put anything I pay for extra on there like the avocados but they also put on only half of my order into the bowl missing everything except the meat lettuce and rice somehow

What a breath of fresh air! Did not intend on going to CAVA... had planned on Chipotle. However after having a horrible experience at Chipotle, we left and went to CAVA instead. So glad we did! Staff was extremely friendly. They had all the ingredients to make bowls. Food looked fresh. We were in and out quickly and the entire experience was wonderful!! Thank you CAVA!

I had a very disappointing experience at CAVA in Winter Park, Florida this evening. From the moment I walked in, several employees were making faces and seemed visibly annoyed when me and a few other customers entered. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming and unnecessarily rude.
To make matters worse, they were out of multiple items, including one of the dressings I specifically came for. It was about an hour before closing, so I understand some items may run low, but no one communicated this upfront. My bowl was already being made before I was finally told by Zack at the last minute that the dressing was unavailable.
Once I found out they didn’t have it and said I no longer wanted the meal, Zack became extremely unprofessional. As I was walking out, he yelled toward the back, said “take the bowl,” and slammed it into the trash. It was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary.
Running out of items is one thing. Treating customers with attitude and hostility is another. I won’t be returning based on how I was treated tonight.
