  Cava was an amazing spot to eat at, this was my first time coming and Cala was very informative by letting me know what was best and the whole staff was nice and welcoming. I will be coming back to eat very very soon.

  This CAVA location is exceptional. It is clean, the food is consistently fresh and delicious. The service is top notch; Dimitri and Tim were the most polite gentlemen they helped me bag my order and were very quick and patient with my large group order. 10/10 recommend! Thank you!

  Our four bowls today were missing every single dip and they put rotten avocado in each bowl. We were also missing the extra pita bread we paid for. When I returned to the restaurant to get a refund, Cala and Autumn proceeded to tell me that bc I ordered through the app, I needed to call Cava to get a refund. Autumn went in the back to get the email address for me to ask for a refund and instead she gave me a fake number for tech support. Shame on you Autumn. The entire team at this restaurant needs to be fired. There is no quality control or attention to detail and the customer service is none existent. Cala was rude and dismissive and tried to give me back the rotten food. This place is a joke. My family and I have eaten at the original location in Maryland and the locations in Northern Virginia and never have we experienced such blatant disregard for the customer.

  Horrible service and experience I’m not sure if he is the manager but the big heavy set guy with the glasses should NOT work there he has NO class or customer service. I asked for a refund and he told me I needed to go online and give them my receipt number And I told him I didn’t know where the receipt number was and if he can help me he said it wasn’t his problem so I said okay well I just wait for my order not even two seconds later he walks into the back and grabs a bag that has been sitting there for at least 10 mins before I even asked for a refund and throws it on the counter and says here you go and I respond wow all that arguing just for the food to be ready is crazy. Well he didn’t like that and snatched my bag and kicked me out even called the police on me because he didn’t like that I said what I said because it’s the truth! Why was he arguing with me instead of just grabbing my order that he knew was ready. He embarrassed me made me look stupid all fit something that could of been resolved so easily

  Absolutely disgustingly filthy restaurant! Disgraceful. The doors, the glass walking in, the glass at the counter, the work area behind the counter. The tables, floors were so sticky. They felt like they’ve never been cleaned. The beverage station was filthy. The trash cans were overflowing and absolutely no one in there was taking any action to clean anything up. They were completely clueless. The bathrooms were even worse. There was urine all over the floor. The sink was a mess, whatever happened to checking restrooms hours? There was no toilet paper Dispenser, the toilet paper was just sitting on a rail, so everyone had to grab it and put it back to use it. Can you wile tables? Sweep floors? For what you charge? Area manager should be embarrassed.
