  I’m honestly surprised by the high Google rating after our experience. The chicken bowl was disappointing. The chicken was hard, dry, and difficult to chew. The cucumbers were sliced almost half an inch thick, the feta had an off smell and taste, and the olives contained pits. I almost broke a tooth biting into one. If olives with pits are served, customers should be clearly warned, or pitted olives should be used instead. The kids’ pizza had a very unpleasant tomato sauce and seemed undercooked, almost raw in the middle. Neither of my kids would eat it. The small pita breads were also undercooked and doughy. We didn’t return the food because we were tired, hungry after a long day out, and didn’t want to drive back with two young kids. What disappointed me even more was the customer service afterward. I didn’t go out of my way to complain—the restaurant’s own app asked me to rate my experience and explain what went wrong. I submitted feedback very similar to what I’ve written here. The app responded that someone would contact me to address the issue, but no one ever did. If you ask customers for honest feedback and promise to follow up, you should keep that promise. Unfortunately, both the food and the lack of follow-up left me with no reason to return.

  I purchased two gyros and two large salads. Gyros hardly had any meat and lettuce was brown in salad and cherry tomatoes weren’t fresh! Was not worth 52.00 and I will not be returning!

  First time trying Krazy Greek. Service was great. Did a pick up order. Love the pick up parking and window. Restaurant is well located, and seems very clean inside. The reason for the 4 star on the food is I got a lot of food to try, the greek salad, and chicken kabob, spanakopita were excellent, 5/5 on those, the gyro is an untraditional cut, but tastes very good. The greek fries were lacking. Could be the take out nature, but these were a 1 out of 5. Dry, hard to eat, over seasoned. I’m used to west coast greek fries where they are sauced. Also got two desserts, tiramisu and baklava both excellent. I will definitely be back. Fries were the tough part for me on an overall 5/5 experience.
