  HORRIBLE is all I have to say. This was the worst Subway I've ever been to ever!!! This subway had Horrible Service and Horrible food quality. Everything started off bad as soon as I walked into the store thinking I would be picking up my order I placed online 35 min before walking in the store. When I walked in I saw the clerk talking and flirting with some nurses. I asked him if my to go order was ready and he pulled out a stack of online order receipts to find my order. I guess he wasn't planning on starting my order until I got to the location. This Subway is inside the hospital that my wife was admitted to and I was there visiting my wife. Visiting hours are only so long and I work during the day and having to waste time from visiting my wife was not something I wanted to do which is why I did the mobile order. When he finally started my order he said they were out of all bread except a very old and stale white bread. They had racks and racks of what looked like fresh bread but he said we couldn't have any of that bread and he wouldn't be making new bread. They were also out of lettuce which is one of the only veggies I get on my sandwich so I ended up having a meat and bread sandwich. It looked like the clerk was by himself and he wasn't overly rude but it seemed like he didn't care about anything just wanting to get me out as fast as he could. When I got up to my wife's room. My Subway Club which is made with Ham, Roast Beef, and Turkey only had 1 piece of each meat on it when I opened the sandwich which was way less than a normal sandwich should have which only made it worse that I had paid $4 more for double protein. Also while I was eating my sandwich and leaving this review I couldn't put my finger on it but something else felt off about the taste and my wife pointed out that there was no cheese on my sandwich. The clerk couldn't bother to put any cheese or the proper amount of meat on the bread. I know hospital food isn't the best but if your in Winter Haven Hospital pass on this Subway because it's HORRIBLE!!!!

  This Subway is located inside Winter Haven, Bay Area Hospital… It was very clean did have some boxes in the lobby area. I guess they’re short of help and needed the potato chips to be stocked but other than that Everything was good.. The bread was fresh and the portion was excellent, and the price was good as well!

  It's a subway and about what you would expect at any subway. Staff were friendly food was done quickly.
