  I have started going to another Subway location because the service and sandwiches at this one are both Terrible! I’m not sure what happened, new management maybe? The last time I went inside, the female employee would not even look at me or smile when I placed my order and as she made my sandwich. Very unfriendly! So not wanting to deal with that again, I placed an order online and picked it up. The sandwich was made so badly that I had to remake it in order to eat it! Unacceptable! The bread was cut across the very top of the loaf so the bottom half was so thick I literally couldn’t bite into it! Whoever made this sandwich CLEARLY didn’t care about their job! You have lost my business as well as several others I’ve spoken to! Heads up! You won’t make it in this area with that kind of service! DO BETTER!

  service was GREAT the employee asia was so sweet to me i got my order mixed up with different locations and I couldn’t get a refund so she made my exact order and paid it for me I loved that very much because I didn’t have gas to go to the farther location!! Saved me sooo much time

  Asia was very sweet, she made my sandwich with perfection, her customer service was amazing, she deserves a rise of you ask me. she handled that rush all by herself amazing!!!!

  The food is good its gonna be the same at all of em of course. The issue I have is with the service. Typically there is a woman there with a less than friendly demeanor BUT every single time my order is perfect, its exact and most importantly its done timely! Today the two girls in there were both some of the most lackadaisical employees I may have ever seen at a Subway. They were oblivious to my mobile order I placed that should have been ready at 1240 however still was not when I came in at 1247. One said to the order, "You have a mobile order?" the other had no idea. There were two subs left by the last customer who walked out due to how slow they were going. One of his subs was the same as my mobile order. Instead of the second worker just making my sub with that sub or asking me if I would prefer that or starting my sub fresh, she clocked out then called her manager to ask how to waste out the subs since the guest walked out. She then threw that sub away since it was tuna and the meat one she picked the meat off and put it back in the bane. Instead of leaving she watched as the one employee on the clocked struggled with the two people in line ahead of me and talked all over the bane while resting her elbows and forearms on the counter where the subs are prepared. My sub was supposed to be ready at 1240 and I did not get it until 1PM and my lunch break was over at 1:04PM. I work in a call center so obviously I now have to wait another 2/2.5 hours for a 10 minute break to eat when I've been waiting since 9:45AM this morning to EAT! I am pissed and feel something should be done. The guest that walked out also was a mobile order I believe but his reasoning was they were taking too long and he was on break/in a rush. I WANT THE OTHER LADY BACK! RETRAIN THESE TWO ESPECIALLY THAT LAZY ONE WHO CLOCKED OUT INSTEAD OF HELPING HER CO WORKER FINISH THE EXISTING ORDERS! The one getting slammed was sweet and doing her best but she unfortunately had to feel my anger and I'm sorry to her. :(

  Julebert and Renae were so sweet and made our sandwiches like an artist !!! Veggies look so fresh and they definitely know how to make your sandwich exactly the way u want it !! These girls are awesome !!
