  I haven't been to a Sonic in years and had never had their breakfast but this place had a very kind employee. She was bright and happy. Our food was made quickly, correctly and tasted great.

  1st Street Winter Haven Sonic was incredibly rude refusing to make our order. Specifically Angle the manager we talked to then claimed it never went through their system then said they did have a ticket give us our drinks but then said they wouldn't make the food that they "weren't giving free food out". Our confirmation shows what all was in the order and that it was paid for. Then he was claiming the order was picked up around 4pm we didn't even place the order till about 10pm and got there to pick it up showed the doordash app and any and all types of confirmation that we placed and paid for the order. Door dash was not the issue being a 3rd party or anything like that it was the rude and impatient manager. Angle was the manager wasn't able to sort out the issue. When we got home we tried to call pretty sure we were talking to Angel again but they refused to give us a name and when we asked about the general manager's name so we could call tomorrow to get things sorted they refused to give us that information.

  I made a online order and they got my entire order correct AND FAST! Love this location and the managers are the best!

  Worst customer service guy on the speaker doesn’t listen and is rude. Once we pulled up waiting 30 min for 2 slushies and 7 dollar meal.he hands over the wrong slushie then gets mad because i said that’s not what i asked for and he walked off, then luckily i checked my food before i left I ask for no vegetables it was on the burger. He didn’t even give a receipt. I should of known something is up because slot of cars pulled off with no food handed to them
