  This is the last time ordering from this location. Food was cold and basically tasteless. When the store was called the manager on duty was rude and condescending.

  The store manager this evening is very rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t even try to help. Puts you on hold and never return to the call. Then screen your number when you call to put you on hold automatically but answers numbers she doesn’t recognize. Unacceptable. In rather drive out my to another location then to return there. They need training when it comes to customer service and accommodating service when necessary.

  I mean it's a takeout store, so really can't fault them for atmosphere. Their website does not indicate that deliveries are made by a third party. That being the case, why am I charged a deliver fee if it's sublet to a third party? That could make for a potential class action. Also, food was cold, did not come in a warmer bag, and the safety seals were broken, so I have no way to know if it was safe to consume so I threw it away/ Staff was still really nice and offered a full refund. Still waiting for the locations GM to process that. The event took place on 05/31/2026 approx 6:00 PM.

  Always a pleasure to stop by here to pick up my own order or working a delivery order. Staff is friendly and attentive. Clean restroom, seating inside while you wait. Pizza 🍕 pasta, breads, wings, are delicious.
