  My Big Arch burger still had plastic from wherever you guys get your patties, like as if it cooked onto the burger. Sadly I only noticed after biting thru once, it was absolutely disgusting.

  Me and my girlfriend were driving separate but went into the drive thru because I wanted a sprite and she wanted water and an ice cream. I was in front and when I went to pay, I asked to pay for my girlfriend behind me. The old woman working the drive thru looked at me like I was an idiot and said “she just got water” to which I replied “oh that’s fine, was it a water bottle?” (Because I know the water bottles cost money) and she just stared at me and rudely said “you’re paying for nothing” and I just looked at her and went “ok, I don’t know what water she got unless you had told me” so I drove off. Then my girlfriend tells me that the same woman told her the ice cream machine was “broken” but when she pulled around, she saw the lady at the second window give ice cream to the car in front of her, so she asked that lady “I thought the ice cream machine was broken?” And the lady responded saying that it wasn’t and that she can get something for her. Who is this old rude woman working your drive thru?? And why is she just lying to people and overall being rude? Never had a problem with this McDonald’s until this occasion.

  Wasn't happy with the food quality. Was not up to McDonald's standards. Breakfast was cold

  March 1st 2026 I had a crispy chicken sandwich it was good. I've gained weight over the years but I totally let that go and had that juicy hot sandwich..... !
